The staff! So nice and welcoming! So close to the harbour to take the ferry to the Cíes islands. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. We found the beds comfortable. The cafeteria attached to the hotel offers breakfast, very decent coffee, but has no menu to show so you will have to ask what you want to eat! Omelettes can be made, orange juice, yogurts, bread and jams, teas.. Price is quit neat for a family room. And there is a garage very close by where your car can be kept safely for a decent price.

You can hear the elevator in the early morning. A mini fridge would be a must, and some towel racks to dry your clothes after a day at the islands.

Lovely hotel with one of the nicest receptionists I can ever remember, a lady who couldn't do more to make us feel welcome. The location is perfect, adjacent to the old town, bars and restaurants, waterfront and the park. we had a good room with a lovely balcony and an excellent shower Some people have complained about breakfast in reviews but the breakfast is a typical breakfast for this region: cake or croissant or churros, plus yogurt or fruit, plus coffee and orange juice. All in all, perfect to start the day Vigo, by the way, is a super town if you've never been before

Right from the start, the receptionist Moises wrote me to make sure I made a reservation in the right hotel and making sure I was staying an additional night in the same hotel where my friends and I were staying two nights prior. I want to praise his customer service, it immediately gave me an excellent impression of your hotel. Staff are key to keep 5 stars on your premise. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and helped me with directions and questions. Totally 100% recommended!

At night there was loud music in the surroundings of the hotel, other than that no complaints. Breakfast could have more options for tourists.

Nice and central to marina and the centre of Vigo. Placed on a quiet street near a lovely park. Room was just large enough for 2people with good sized beds. A very nice bathroom with walk-in shower felt nice and modern. No casual seating area in hotel which was a shame. Cafe/breakfast room is really nice with nice character. Guests are served to table. Lift from a level foyer to each bedroom floor. Local restaurants and avaliable and everything is close by. Vigo is nice and I'd have liked more than one night here. Camino pilgrims stamp/sello avaliable.

View from rear rooms is poor which reduces the overall rating. Based on the rear rooms I'd give a 6/10 but this isn't quite the hotels fault and the rest is good.

Great location . Can’t believe I navigated my self through Vigo but with google maps ( I’m pretty useless) found the hotel . Was a big celebration going on victory over the French in 1806 . Which added to the charm. Massive port and city but very likeable. Room was spacious , twin beds , lovely hot shower . Fridge in room . Lots of bars and restaurants near by .The road out to rejoin the Camino was easy to find . Staff very helpful and spoke good English . Good value for money for sure .

We were on the Camino and found the location perfect, both on arrival and leaving the next morning. Under 10 minutes walking to the Halo for leaving Vigo. Highly recommend using it. Supermarket close by. Easy walk to Old Town, waters edge and restaurants.

The breakfast was appalling. Worst hotel breakfast ever. Unfriendly wait staff, pathetic selection and amount of food on offer. 2 slices of toast does not constitute breakfast. Only 1 hot drink allowed, no refills. Forbidden to open fridge and select yogurt or fruit.

The location is excellent to main ferry port for boats to visit beaches. Also very central, the cathedral can be reached in 5 minutes for regular masses and also very close 5 minutes to city centre for shops.

There is nothing I didn't like. The only thing if you are prone to allergies you might be prone to these as I was affected by it and couldn't really understand where it came from and put it down to the dust in the city or a different pollen to what I was used to.

Extremely well located for the Camino. Easy to find. Lifts always nice specially coming off the Spiritual where the last few hours were boring and tough in a working Port mostly all under construction. Staff were really pleasant and helpful.

The walls are quite thin. I stayed for 2 nights, first night, a bunch of young ladies came late and were super noisy and second night, a family with a baby - thank god baby slept all night. Had an issue euthanasia wifi which was quickly fixed once I raised.

Everyone that works there are really nice and helpful. Great location

Can’t really turn off the heating in the room during the night and if you open the balcony doors you get alot of noise from the outside (which isn’t the hotels fault) . Wish they were pet friendly. Sometimes when I have visited Vigo with my dogs,I have had to find another place to stay but I guess I can understand.

The staff were great. Really helpful and friendly especially the young lady on reception and the ladies in the cafeteria/bar. The bathroom had just been decorated so was clean and fresh. Comfortable bed and clean bedding. It was in a good location as just a couple of minutes to the ferry to visit Cies Islands and also to walk around town. Bonus for us was secure parking a few doors away. You do have to pay but in a city only to be expected
