Lovely hotel close to the centre of Vigo and attractions .Friendly staff

The breakfast was good on th first day of our stay with scrambled eggs and bacon ,second no cooked option, third day the eggs and bacon looked as though they had been left over from the first day . Bacon was so greasy and burnt and eggs congealed. But good apart from that minor issue

The room was a very good size and well equipped with a comfortable bed. The bath was of the over the bath type, however, the bath was wide with low sides so this was not a problem. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. There is a great view of the sunset from the rooftop pool bar.

The hotel advertises a pool. This is on top of the hotel and is extremely small in size and not really for swimming in. The area around it forms part of the roof top bar so not everybody would feel comfortable sitting out there in the sun. The quality of the breakfast was not really 4 star and not in keeping with the room and general ambience of the hotel.

Central location. Very comfortable, clean room, lovely bathroom. We were able to check in early which was helpful.

Breakfast. When we went to eat breakfast the “hot” food, scrambled eggs, were pretty dire, dried out & very unappetising. One of the staff, when we pointed this out reluctantly said he would cook fresh eggs for us. After a wait of 30 minutes nothing arrived so we gave up. The guy was busy in the public cafe/bar serving customers as we checked out. A real shame as all other aspects of our stay were very good.

Location was fine, near the shopping street and the pedestrian street to old city. There is a pool with a bar on the upper terrace, very nice view. We had complimentary cofee pills for the machine in the forst day but not in the second day.

It was strange to have bathroom walls made of transparent glass, somewhat inconfortable. But it was better than the first room offered, which had practically no window! Wi-fi is very weak. Scheduled working hours for the pool are irregular.

The room I stayed in was spacious, well-decorated, and very comfortable, providing a peaceful and restful night's sleep. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room and common areas of the hotel was impeccable, contributing to an even more enjoyable stay. The breakfast offered by the hotel was simply delicious, with a variety of options to suit all tastes. I also took the opportunity to dine at the hotel's restaurant and was impressed by the quality and flavor of the dishes served. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to various tourist attractions in the city, as well as restaurants, shops, and public transportation. This made my explorations in Vigo even more convenient and enjoyable.

We loved the location as it was walking distance from the train station and very close to the Old Town. The street was quiet at night and the AC ran consistently, not on and off like many places. Beds were comfortable and closets were spacious. Desk and chair with a good light for computer work. Room darkening curtains were very effective.

The WiFi was in and out, very frustrating. Also, the mini fridge wasn't sufficiently cold. The doors to the rooms were right next to each other and were noisy when closed. Sometimes it sounded like someone was trying to open our door but it was the guests next to us.

This hotel certainly met my expectations in so many ways. The staff were all attentive and polite; they all spoke English. Furthermore, I greatly appreciated the location of the hotel, and I believe it's perfect for those coming into town and/or departing by bus: just 8 minutes on foot! Importantly for keen swimmers: there was also a swimming pool! Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to use it.

During the day, it was noisy in the corridor as they were doing it up. Luckily, the evening and the night were quiet. Also, I didn't like that on the floor of my room there were a couple of long female hairs, which is not a pleasant sight.

Location was perfect for both marina area and within walking distance of shopping centres. Roof top pool was a bonus which all the family made good use of in the hot July weather. Facilities were good and reception staff very helpful.

Suited our needs as a family visiting Vigo for a family wedding.

Location, view of the sea from our grwat room on the 8th floor. We requested 2 items for the bathroom and this was all done within 30 minutes. Thanks!!

Pool was closed and we did not know this in advance. Noisy guests next door, the helpful staff at reception got us another room on 7th floor. They were very graceful, smiling, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.
