Very smart, nice room on 6th floor with water view (we'd asked to be on a high floor), also on side away from the road so it was quiet. Close to waterfront and one of the railway stations. Top floor breakfast room would have a lovely view, but we had to leave early for a train so didn't have breakfast.

We'd have liked to eat a meal there in the evening, man in the bar/cafe said it would be open for food at 8pm, so we went to explore Vigo, returned after 8 only to be told they weren't doing food that evening - so had to go back out to find somewhere to eat.

Great location, helpful and courteous staff. Parking under the building is tight (small negative) but they quickly pointed us to the public facility that's basically across the road (positive). Breakfast was good, and the views of the water are hard to beat. The coffee in the downstairs caffee is great (positive), much better than what they have upstairs for breakfast (small negative).

The pillows were a little on the flat side. Although some may prefer them that way.

Excellent in every way. Location was next to the harbour, with extensive views from our window. The lobby was spotless and refined, and the receptionist was polite and friendly. The room was large, with triple sized bed and well appointed bathroom. The highlight was taking breakfast on the seventh floor, with even more impressive views of Vigo and beyond. We were sorry that we had only booked one night, as there seemed to be a lot to do and visit locally. It was certainly great value for money.

The location allowed us to walk everywhere and enjoy seeing the city. The breakfast had a great selection that and the orange juice was the best we’ve ever experienced! Great machine :) And our room was very comfortable and the darkening shades were amazing and helped us recover from jet lag! The folks attending the front desk were awesome — we can’t say enough about there genuine kindness!

Can’t think of a thing

Very nice accommodations. We walked the Camino from Baiona to Vigo and it was a long day and we were very tired. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great! Beautiful views of the water and city.

The only thing I can think of is that our room had a very nice shower but no bathtub. It would have been nice to soak a bit at the end of our walking day.

Location was magnificent. We were welcomed very warmly! Montserrat was just a great hostess. Vigo is a precious city. We would’ve loved to stay longer. Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Don’t miss the sky breakfast as you can have the best view to the ria. No doubts to return! If you are driving, underground private parking lot is just 50 meters away.

Lovely hotel in a good location not far from the harbour. About a 15 minute walk from the train station - mainly down hill to the hotel (obviously up hill on the way back)! Friendly staff. Vigo was the start of our Pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela and I thought it was a lovely City. Search out the old quarter and watch as the world goes by as you mentally prepare for your journey!

Location close to the port but only a Short walk to town Centre. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Cafe staff friendly along with the gentleman who served breakfast. Room was comfy and spacious, , I had requested one double bed but I got 2 good size singles. Shower water lovely and hot, especially after the stormy weather we had. Nice view of the pier, breakfast room on 7th floor with also great views.

I specifically booked this hotel ( and had already cancelled an other booking because it stated A/P transfer) as it states airport shuttle, this they do not offer, they arrange a taxi for you approx €25. This needs to taken off their website. As a single woman traveller, if I can avoid taxis I will. Plus a shuttle is usually a little cheaper, I don’t mind to pay but I like the connivence of a hotel shuttle. No English channels available. No kettle or drink making facilities, however there was bottled water and a small fridge.

Lovely hotel, well situated by port. Beautiful interior to building. Friendly , helpful staff. Spacious room.

Rooms without port views are cheaper - which is why we chose one. However, room has quite oppressive view of opposite building and if you can afford it, I'd highly recommend booking room with a view.

The reception staff at this hotel were exceptional. They went out of their way to answer questions, provide suggestions and make us feel very welcome. Their service was greatly appreciated. The hotel itself was lovely and clean and very comfortable. It was in a good position for us to do the things we wanted to do.
