Location was perfect, only a 5/10 minute walk from the local metro/subway service which takes you directly into Barcelona/The Beach The room/studio was perfect for a couple, the fridge also had a small freezer section which was great, the pool & sunbathing area on the roof was perfect and often very quiet meaning you had it to yourself Bathroom was super modern and the shower was perfect, it was a super clean stay as well Staff were lovely when we spoke to them too.

The photos online of the apartment & terrace attached it to were slightly different than what we had, was a bit smaller than expected compared to photos but it was still a nice stay just disappointing it didn’t match up and that we didn’t have as large of a space

Location is excellent in a quiet area close to metro stations and nice wee local bakeries. The rooftop pool is an excellent amenity and this space was always quiet. Our room had a terrace area, and this was lovely in the evenings or when our baby was sleeping in the room. Staff on reception were, for the most part, super helpful with only one man on reception being very grumpy upon our arrival. The cleaning staff were lovely. Overall a good experience and we would recommend.

The property is a little tired and dated, but the facilities are still excellent, location is good, and staff are helpful.

staff was friendly and helpful. nice walkable neighborhood with grocery stores, pharmacies, and fruit/vegetable stores. apartment was pretty much as advertised, worked just fine for us. we brought our own oil and pepper and salt because those aren't provided, but there were adequate serving and cooking utensils and pots and pans. manual blackout shutters worked okay, needed a little help sometimes. shower was nice, and they provide amenities including a razor and toothbrush. the metro/subway and buses are all within reasonable walking distance, though it surprised me that it was an hour to the beach on public transit. pool on the roof is above ground, with a plastic liner, all one depth, but pleasant and a nice temperature

on my lazier mornings, I was sad that the elevator only goes to the 4th floor, and then you have to climb a flight of stairs to the pool level, but most of the time that was just fine.

Excellent place! Very nice apartment/studio with pretty much everything you need to spend a few days in Barcelona. The room was clean with a good shower, decently comfy beds. The pool is great, with a beautiful view of the city. The staff were very kind and friendly, and it's great that they allow storage for the bags before check in or after check out. This is very helpful and appreciated! The location is not in the center, but easily accessed by nearby metro. There are also plenty of grocery shops nearby. Recommend staying there if you are looking for a place that is great value for money in Barcelona!

The only thing we felt was missing was a dish towel in the kitchen

The flat was spacious and clean , with multiple pieces of furniture ( couch , coffee table , dining table, TV … ) , what I do like most is the bathroom which was really large , clean , well finished . The kitchenette doesn’t take much space, contains important ustensiles enough to prepare breakfast or lunch , a small fridge but fairly enough to keep cold drinks, fruits and vegetables. The air conditioner added an important value in a time of heat .

The terrace was so small, with lack of privacy to the neighboring terrace ( not completely blinded) , overlooking the neighboring private houses . Instead of putting a twin bed, they put two separate beds with no bedside tables , the bed and cupboard located in a narrow place, seriously bed placement and cupboard not well fashioned at all .

The property was located near the centre, it is a good safe area quiet and a lot of stores nearby. Staff is helpful if you need help, very nice. It was easy to find the hotel, 30mins min with taxi to El prat airport.

I didn’t like the microwave it was old had rust, and the ventilation above the kitchen stove wasn’t very good. Needs to be changed ASAP, there was too much dust in the room, lack of cleaning behind cabinets & the floor was not clean either there was hair from the last people who stayed.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is close to multiple bus and metro stations that allow efficient travel to most places in Barcelona. In addition, the surrounding have different supermarkets that is very useful for families to pick groceries and also a lot of restaurants/cafes for eating out. The room was very comfortable and large with all the facilities one need. It has a very good large size that has a kitchen and bathroom. In addition, the room was cleaned well.

I felt that the receptionists are overworked and a bit tired most of the time. That makes them look a bit sad most of the time which I was able to contribute to the working conditions. Others may consider that as unwelcoming.

This hotel is good value if it fits your style. It is clean, comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is towards the edge of town, in a non-touristy neighborhood that was fun to explore. Lots of shops: grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants. This is a hilly area, and the hotel is maybe a quarter mile from the metro. It is fine for good walkers, but not great if you have mobility issues. If you want to step out of your hotel and be on Las Ramblas, then this is not the place for you, although downtown Barcelona is easily accessible by metro. We were interested in Park Güell, Sagrada Familia, and other Gaudí buildings, and we were happy to use public transportation and walk a few miles during the day.

I loved the area, away from tourist crowds, in a residential and very pleasant location, with plenty of buses and metro options, a short distance to the city center and near park Guell. The hotel staff was very professional and considerate for all my requests. A great size of continental breakfast was delivered to the room in a very timely manner every day. The room was super clean and the shower was perfect and looked like it had been redone recently. The layout was also of a great size, with the room providing all the equipment you need for a perfect stay.

Very handy location near L7 Tibidabo metro, lots of shops, cafés and the CosmoCaixa Science Museum, plus interesting architecture. It is a safe zone and would suit many visitors to Barcelona as a base. Facilities were fine, room had a courtyard and outside table too but sadly it was raining! Concierge available 24/7 polite with good interaction.

Not exactly hotel's fault (as against their policy apparently) but room had a strong smell of smoke on arrival and no easy remedy. We bought air freshener at local supermarket and left doors and patio windows open for ages to mitigate. With extras etc room rates quite steep, however well-equipped, comfortable and no doubt aimed more at those on business than holiday visitors.
