Location of the hotel was about 20 minutes by taxi from the airport. Good location, plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Hotel was very clean, staff were very welcoming and friendly. Facilities were good. The bar and restaurant was a little sparse and minimalistic but the breakfast dining area was clean, well-presented and laid on a very good selection of food for breakfast. Meals, when taken (1 night only) were of a high standard.

The only down-side was that the hotel was quite noisy past 11pm - I thought people were running along the landing just outside my room which was apparently maintenance activities. Could have been more thoughtful and not conducted noisy repairs/maintenance at such a late hour. My room was also a little on the warm side and I had no way of cooling the room other than to open the window - but this was a minor inconvenience.

The location. Near to park guell and casa vincens. You can also easily reach casa mila and casa batlo. There are markets restaurants , cafe and the metro is 5 minutes walk and the bus stop in front of the hotel. 15 minutes from the airport and te central train station (barselona sants)by taxi.There was alittle pool for the children .The breakfast was good. The staff especially Ali was so kind.

We booked two rooms . One for my son and husband and the other for my twolittle children and me. And also my sister was in another room. We paid most for the family room (I stayed) there wasn't coffee machine , tea coffee and even they didn't give water. But there were in other rooms we booked. That was really dissappointing. I had to bring water to the room for the children everyday.The staff cleaned the room forgot the door opened once. That was terrifying.

Definitely was better than i thought it would be! Struggled to get a hotel for a decent price in Barcelona for the dates, and with this being the cheapest i weren't 100% convinced it would be amazing but we were definitely pleasantly surprised!! Room was large and lovely spacious bathrooms with a shower one end and a bath the other. Alain (I don't think I've spelt his name right) but he was staffing the pool bar and was absolutely amazing. So friendly! In fact all the staff were great but he stood out for us :) Lovely clean reception/restaurant/pool area! Would 100% return!

The only slight thing would've been we had bunk beds in the room for the kids instead of two single beds which we would've preferred, but weren't a huge issue!

Nice experience, excellent breakfast and renovated room after my request for upgrade, with extra charge. The room was beautifully decorated, with king size bed and big bathroom. Every day cleaning service with towel change. Cozy breakfast area with a big variety of fresh products, fresh orange juice and egg station. The stuff is very kind.

The hotel is partially renovated, and situated in a neighborhood which is 15 minutes from the center by car. The sofa bed was not so comfortable.

The breakfast is amazing, lots of choices and overall great quality. It's impossible to not find something you like. Housekeeping was very nice. Location is convenient, very close to a bus station, various supermarkets, caffes and restaurants.

One elevator was out of order. The pool is very small, mostly for children. Air conditioning works very well, but it is noisy (constant background noise when ventilation was on)

We received a wonderful upgrade to a fabulous updated clean, quiet, and modern suite with a very comfortable bed and spacious and well equipped bathroom with towel warmer. The AC works great, hot water pot with tea/ instant coffee, bottled water, and stocked mini fridge were so appreciated as well as daily room cleaning. Hotel staff were friendly and polite. Rooftop lounge and pool was extra special perk!

One side of the double bed mattress sloped downward making if a little awkward to get comfortable I did manage to sleep OK but will ask to replace next time

We were looking for a location out of the heart of the biggest tourist areas of Barcelona - think Gracia or La Rambla - with easy access to bus, metro and taxis that was also close to where my daughter resides in Sant Gervasi

The pool was a bit of a disappointment. Essentially a lap pool full of children. Very crowded. The buffet breakfast was a bit costly for us at 19 Euros each. We each are around 47kg and just could not eat enough to justify the cost

I love this hotel! It’s my second time here and it’s just so amazing! 🤩 The staff is great (thanks for the evening guy Ali for the upgrade, this room was awesome) . The receptionists are so friendly and welcoming. The room is just gorgeous and even though the city is around I could sleep and chill without much noise. This is one of my favourite hotels of all. Plus Barcelona is a great city with lots of nice thing to do! Thanks for the staff for my stay 🫶

They kept some snacks and soft drinks in the room. We thought it was kept there for us as free like welcoming refreshers. But later we found a receipt on the floor. Costing each items 3x of charge than you buy outside. So in the end we had to pay. We strongly recommend the hotel reception staff to give this information about the receipt if you use it at the start on checking in. As they never told us.😢.Like if you go there with children, they naturally pick up the snacks and will start eating it. So they should inform us about this charge at the checking in.
