The room was modern and well decorated with a huge new bathroom, excellent air conditioning and big twin beds. The male staff in the breakfast room/bar was excellent - meal of coffee/tea + fresh orange juice + toasted cheese tomato or jamon roll was superb(5 euros) friendly and professional.

Our tv didn't work so we asked the coloured young lady who checked us in very badly - didn't seem to care and as it was after hours there was nothing she can do and nothing happened as we fixed the aerial ourself. Next day our room was cleaned well but no new towels and we asked her for some, which never came, but she insinuated or suggested we had stolen them. Not very good service or attitude from her on 3 occasions. The carpet in hallways was poor and terribly stained by bleach, but maybe they were ready to replace as part of the renovations?

Lovely room with a little terrace with table & chairs. Very nice bathroom with a super bath. The best thing was the staff- super friendly and helpful. Lovely young lady in the evening and very nice man at breakfast. Would stay again because of the staff & the food was great!

Bed was a bit squeaky and you had to park down the street as parking close to the hotel had time limits and you had to pay.

Location is excellent can not say about the breakfast we never got any, the young staff were great very helpful and efficient, hotel was lovely and clean.

Rooms were absolutely freezing.first room was like a fridge so changed to another that one was only slightly better air conditioning didn’t work in either room.

Staff were very helpful, particularly Maria and Jose. breakfast and dinner good value for money and very tasty. Room was clean and fine for what we needed. Great location too.

2 lightbulbs missing in lamps, 1 was replaced. Various lights not working. Lovely jacuzzi bath in our bathroom but it didn’t work. Mirror taped up in the lift……few things need updating but ok.

Great location as so close to the centre and easy to find. Off site free car parking could be found nearby.

WiFi signal was poor with separate codes for different floors but we had connection problems throughout our stay.

Exactly what i expected, wifi isn't the best, BUT it was not bad. it was good enough, then I just used hotspot when needed

no soap etc, but not needed and Tbh I did not ask and i'm sure they would have helped - shops are right next door

Great location for us. Parking next to hotel is paid parking (blue zone) but plenty free on street parking closeby, towards the library. The menu in the dining room for 10 euro per person was great value. The rooms on the 3rd floor have been refurbished and are great, we had a tiny balcony, but at end of November obviously too cool to sit out once the sun had moved around. Lovely welcome from the young girl when we checked in, and the owner (I think he was the owner) was very helpful.

The room we checked into on the second floor was tired, outdated and needing a revamp, few of the light bulbs worked and though there was WiFi on each level, the signal in our room was non-existent. The following day, I took a spent lightbulb to the owner asking for them to be replaced and asked if the Wifi was always poor. He IMMEDIATELY offered that we change to a new room for the remaining 2 nights, luckily it wasn't fully booked. The room on the 3rd floor was perfect for us. Had I rated the hotel based on the first room I wouldn't have given it more that 6, as had been disappointed. But following the prompt way in which the owner rectified things I would rate it closer to 10.

Good location close to the town center in a relatively tranquil area. Beautiful view to a green park. Lots of free parking space in the street.

Perfect for our needs. Convenient for walking to the centre of Baza and on street parking nearby. Friendly staff.

Plenty of maintenance needed in the room.

Very clean and comfortable room with beautiful view. Hotel workers are very friendly 😉 and access to free parking. The location is in the center if very nice town.
