Beautiful hotel! What grandeur. This applies to both the halls downstairs and upstairs, as well as the rooms. The room was big and had beautifully crafted wooden doors, cupboards and desk and the vaulted ceiling had wooden beams. The lighting plan was better than most hotels. The hotel is situated next to the highway (not suited for everyone but perfect for me), but also a few 100 meters from the beautiful town of Gautix and 40 min. drive to Granada. The view on the hills is stunning

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location for us on the A92 halfway stop from Huelva to Alicante. Comfortable spacious rooms with fridge and shared balcony but perhaps a little dated. Would definitely return.

They charged me on booking and then we were charged again on arrival (but it was late at 2 am and they did refund immediately I pointed it out)

Everything, the staff, the hotel, the room, the location, it was warm friendly, better than the photos.

The pillows were flat and uncomfortable that’s the only thing we can find a problem. The fact there is nowhere close to walk around in the evening after a lovely day out visiting Granada etc.

Helpfulness' of the hotel staff. We arrived early hours of the morning as our ferry had been cxl. We had warned hotel and they catered for our delays. My room was flooded in the middle of the night with the air con unit. I was moved to another room.

Location, easy for those traveling through on the A92. The restaurant is very good, either with snacks, MDD or a la carte.

The steps leading into the hotel are dangerous, a number are breaking away and have been in this state since our last visit in 2022. The repairs to these steps need to be the hotels top priority now. Yesterday we noticed that 2 beer crates had been left on top of some of the steps, presumably as a warning?

Good location right next to the highway if you‘re on the way between Tabernas and Granada, big room with comfortable bed, little fridge in the room, free parking, restaurant and Burger King right next to the hotel

Friendly helpful staff especially at reception and in the cafeteria.

Google maps could not locate the address provided correctly. It routed to the services on the other side of the autoroute

Hotel has good location, it is on the highway but also close to Guadix center. Restaurant and gas station right there so it was easy to get snacks at any time.

It is an older building and i dont think the hotel deserves four star rating. Feels more like 3-star.

Exceeded all expectations. Huge rooms very comfortable beds. Best beds in many hotels. Restaurant was closed, however the food in the cafe was great with outstanding service and lovely employees. One night stop but very relaxing. Would recommend

Nice big room, the bathroom was huge and quite grand. Loved the big bath.

Would of liked a proper duvet instead of just a sheet as it was 5 degrees outside (but there was a heater provided)
