The hotel staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Head staff Magdalina was so, so helpful. She knew my breakfast requirements each morning. Great asset to the hotel. Alberto was very helpful to. To be honest each hotel staff was very warm and welcoming. Credit to them all 😊

The only downside is that it would have been great if we had....or could hire a fridge for our room. Despite that the staff was more than happy to keep our chilled things in their fridge for us.

It was close to the beach and a few restaurants. parking onsite was easy. The bathroom was spacious and it had a balcony with beach views. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The towels were huge and fluffy. The Via Verde walk isn't far away and was fantastic as a sunrise walk.

It didn't have a little bar fridge to put our cold things in but the staff were happy to put them in their fridge overnight. Although there were a few restaurantsto choose from within walking distance, most appeared to be a 25 min walk away.

My wife and I stayed at this nice hotel for one night on March 25, 2024. This hotel is very clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast good, including everything that should be in the breakfast. Because we were in a hurry, a kind lady packed breakfast with coffee and tea for us to eat on the way. They even had gluten free bread and since I have a gluten allergy I was very happy about that. All the staff, especially Alberto at the reception, were very kind. We had booked our stay date incorrectly, but Alberto contacted the relevant company and they corrected our stay date. The parking lot was good and safe. I don't know why this hotel has only two stars?! We recommend this hotel to everyone with complete confidence.

Magdalena keeps the hotel spotlessly clean and the staff are lovely and helpful. The breakfast is excellent and Magdalen a works tirelessly to keep everyone comfortable It is so close to the brilliant promenade and seafront bars and restaurants but there is no noise.

Difficult to criticise anything. It is huge value for money

The room was very spacious and clean, the bathroom was good with all that you need shampoo and soap. But mostly I like the staff that vedere very friendly and accommodating, I asked for extra assistance in heating food for my dog and they were very helpful and polite, and the friendly smile of the staff left me with a good feeling like you always have known them. I highly recommend the place very close to the beach.

Exellent value with a substantial breakfast included. Literally less than 1 minutes walk to the beach. Restaurants a plenty with great food at reasonable prices all along the beach front

Getting to Bennicasim is a challenge as there are more connections via bus and trains from the big port town 10km away

Breakfast included and good value. Great location close to beach and large supermarket. Balcony on top floor had good views of sunsets. Traditional hotel with updated features has kept its character and felt less corporate than other hotels. Staff friendly. We felt welcome.

Basic but everything that we need. Ultra clean despite obvious age of the property. All of this area of Benicassim is smart and tidy. Short walk to the seafront. Pretty little terrace/gardens. Lift. Staff very friendly and kind.

The location was excellent, very close to the beach. There was a parking spot included, which was great. The rooms where alright and the breakfast was good. The staff was kind and helpful.

I would have liked some vegetables at the breakfast.
