Everything about the hotel is fantastic, location is a 3 minute walk to the beach, the restaurant food and service is 5 star top notch!, the room was beautiful with a great view, but really what stands out is the hotel staff, they were amazing, caring, wonderful people. I’d love to keep this hotel my little secret, but that wouldn’t be fair to the people who make it so great. Thank you for a super Mother’s Day weekend

The hotel was conveniently located for our purposes. The room was tastefully decorated, with a balcony to enjoy a sweeping vista of the sea. The staff were lovely. We enjoyed the spa facilities and were incredibly impressed by the breakfast spread.

There was absolutely nothing at fault with this hotel and its wonderfully attentive staff. If I had to pick something, it would be the fact that we couldn't work out the air conditioner, but that was probably due to user error rather than the air conditioner not working.

It is a new and very clean facility. Beautiful architectural design. Very easy walk to the beach. Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful.

The rooms are very attractive with clean and simple decor, the air conditioning is one of the best I’ve ever had in any hotel anywhere, but the rooms are small and lack comfortable seating within the room and on the balcony or at the desk., But it is a beach hotel, and who wants to spend a lot of time in the room anyway?

Clean and well equipped rooms, quiet, super helpful staff, lovely breakfast, great view from rooftop bar, relaxing poolside and great location for the beach.

There was nothing I didn’t like, very very happy with the hotel and my overall stay experience. Travellers should be aware that the rooms are quite compact; they have everything you need and we didn’t plan to spend much time in the room other than to sleep so was ok for us but worth knowing of you want to spend time relaxing in your room. The restaurant was also a formal menu with not much by way of lighter bites available through the day, and was not the best food we had whilst away, but plenty of other options a short walk away to vary your mealtimes across your stay.

The property was amazing…we did not want to leave. We did not come to Benicassim for a holiday. Instead we were there to visit the Diagnostic Lab in Castello de La Plana. We were wonderfully surprised by Benicassim and the hospitality of its residents and we will definitely be back! We loved our stay at Hotel Albades and cannot speak highly enough of it. The staff were amazing, very helpful and keen to ensure our stay was a good one. The food was excellent and sitting outside next to the pool was very special. Gracias y volveremos - I hope I got that right. The beach is only 200m from reception and the foreshore in the evenings was a highlight for us…Benicassim cam alive!

The decoration and setting was great, the location was also amazing. I had booked a massage and Yolanda was fantastic. The food was also nice and the bed was super comfortable.

The air conditioning didn’t work, it had a mind of its own. Also the two nights we were there at around 9am cleaning staff entered our bedroom while we were in bed- and the second night we had locked the door but they still entered, there was no “do not disturb sign” so I don’t really know why at this hour cleaners were going around the rooms. Also it’s an adults only hotel- no kids allowed, but noisy dogs, yes!? Don’t really understand that.

Lovely staff, great location and the calming atmosphere with its minimalist decor was such a nice place to relax after a day of meetings.

The only down side was the breakfast, for someone with food allergies such as dairy and gluten the options were very limited ( I had to buy my own breakfast on a supermarket and keep it in the fridge in my room). It would be great if hotels start to consider adapting their food options for guests with dietary restrictions.

The location is good, one street away from the beach. The facilities are great the pools in particular are beautiful. The reception staff, one in particular was extremely helpful making recommendations for things to see outside the hotel.

It was off season so there were less people staying and we saw hardly anyone eating an evening meal so we decided not to do so. The town is divorced from the beach so if you want to go into town it is a walk or a short car ride. The hotel bar closes at 11.00pm.

It’s new and super nice. The fact that it’s adults only makes it a relaxing space. The style of the hotel and the decor is very tasteful.

The room we stayed at was a little small. And I didn’t managed to understand and control the air conditioning very well. It was either too strong and cold or we had to turn it off completely, so it got pretty hot during the middle of the night.

The hotel was everything we were expecting plus an infinite pool. We loved everything from the room with a balcony sea view to the location.It was calm and quiet,close to the beach and to the restaurants.Private parking was great as well as gluten free breakfast options.Staff were very attentive all the time and helpful.

The buffet breakfast was a bit expensive although plenty of options.
