Beautifull and classy hotel on the best location of Benicassim. Breakfast was marvelous, seeing the sunrise while enjoying a wide variation of bread, yoghurt, cakes, fresh fruit and charcuterie. Definitely try the restaurant for lunch and dinner, great menu and this hotel has the best terrace of Benicassim. Room was good with comfortable bed and a spacious, private terrace overlooking the sea.

Parking in front of the hotel is limited but there was plenty of free space on 1 minute walking distance (in January).

Location, location, location... loved the access to the beach. The room, while being compact, still functioned perfectly. Shelves, bathroom amenities, bed.... all close by but with enough room to easily move around. The shower was nice and big with plenty of hot water. Lighting was good. The bed was comfortable. And breakfast had something for everyone and easy access. Lastly, but certainly not to be discounted, was the access to the boardwalk along the beach. Well-lit we enjoyed it after dinner. Oh yes! There are two places to eat; a traditional restaurant and a cafeteria downstairs which was our choice since we were traveling and did not feel the need to have a fancy meal. The private parking was easy to access and a real plus since our car had golf equipment that we felt should not be in plain view.

The hotel is in the process of remodeling the check-in area. There was a lot of noise and disruption when we checked in.

Exceptional location at the beach, very friendly staff

The sign in process is absolutely exhausting. It almost feels like some autocratic places in Europe in the 70s where you had to leave the passport with the receptionist. The personal information requested goes too far. Supposedly that should get worse in 2025 as a nationwide Spanish policy. I am not comfortable to disclose more confidential, private information than included in my Booking.com account. Booking.com should inform travelers to Spain that they will face this type of scrutiny. This is definitely not something I appreciated as part of my vacation. I will avoid Spain simply for that fact.

The location of the hotel is incredible, right on the beach, close to the promenade and a beautiful trail for walking and biking. The hotel building is beautiful too, with lighting at night. Bike rental and tennis courts are free for hotel guests.

The breakfasts are monotonous. We had breakfast three times and it was all the same. I wouldn't want to eat the same thing a fourth time. There was no toilet brush. But on the general background these minuses are insignificant, excellent location makes up for everything.

Excellent location, right on the beach. Breakfast was a good selection of cold cuts, fruit but also bacon and both fried and scrambled eggs were available. Private beach area for hotel guests along with a separate patio area. The secure garage parking is a bonus. Comfortable rooms.

Even in early April the hotel’s beach cafe was very popular with locals and the parking area outside the hotel was a constant movement of vehicles. Consequently service could be slow in the guests’ area of the cafe.

Lovely room with balcony overlooking the sea. Hammock, table and chairs and deckchairs for the beach. Room well equipped with comfy bed, fridge, safe and large wardrobe. Bathroom small but clean and well equipped. Lovely breakfast, friendly staff. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room, and access to/from the beach seemed to be via the reception areas or through the restaurant, which wasn’t ideal when wet and covered in sand.

I needed to change my original room, which was done with ease by the receptionist. The secure parking is very good with good access and large spaces, which all have electric charging points. The hotel is on the beach with a lovely promenade to walk off dinner. I was allowed to take my dog into the lower restaurant, the meal was very good and the staff very pleasant. As a bonus it offers great value 130 Euro including my dog, secure parking and dinner with drinks.

Wonderful location, very lovely staff everywhere. Great breakfast, nice terrace bar/resto inside and it’s out open late. Everything one needs is right here—it’s beautiful. Daily cleaning service. Super front desk. And, best of all, my dogs love running in the beach, that is until March 1, then is back on leashes in Benicassim.

Hotel is in a fabulous location on the beach and has a lovely bar/restaurant where you can relax with the dogs and the food is good. Breakfast is good choice. Rooms very comfortable with lovely views overlooking the beach. Hotel is very pet friendly and has very secure parking. We have stayed here before - great stop travelling down from France/Barcelona to Southern Costa Blanca. So relaxing. Staff very helpful.

Unfortunately encountered one poor waiter who forgot about us and no one else could serve us, so we had to complain that we'd been waiting far too long. It was a pity, but didn't take away from our stay - we were just unlucky to get this waiter - on previous times in the restaurant/bar the service was first class.

Beautiful hotel, location on a beach superb, within walking distance of town. Room very comfortable with private balcony and a huge bed. Receptionists very friendly and helpful. Breakfast copious and tasty. We ate at night in the Cafeteria which was very good.

Although the bathrooms had everything you needed, including a very good shower they were tiny. The breakfast had an enormous choice, but the cooked items, even though under heat lamps were at best mildly warm.
