We booked late for that night after drama with an electric car. We chose the hotel for the charge point. Our charging lead was faulty and the staff both in the evening and the next morning went above and beyond to help us sort it out. We really appreciated the size of the room, cleanliness and location but the staff were what made it so good. The late check out was amazing too.

To make it even better we needed room service breakfast as our youngest was unwell and needed to stay in bed. No reflection on the hotel but if it could be offered that would be great.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room did. meet our expectations (superior room) and was spacious with a comfortable bed. Location in the center was great and we had a nice walk and a good dinner in a recommended restaurant.

One thing was that my car was to big for the parking but the staff helped out with a one-night solution. I don’t consider the VW Touran to be a big car but if so a hint to that limitation on the space available in the underground garage is certainly something I would expect. The wifi connection in room was terrible to non existing. One night can do without but if I would stay longer that would have become an issue. Not sure whether that was due to our room to be in a corner or a general issue but that needs to be addressed.

The hotel is situated in the town centre, near a few restaurants. We enjoyed Como Antes. You need a taxi or car to get to the beach, which takes about 10 minutes. The beach is great and the La Ola restaurant was exceptional. The hotel is clean and comfortable and there is parking nearby. The customer service provided by Luz on reception was excellent.

- Parking a bit expensive and steep - They ask for a deposit of 50 euros in cash for the minibar, that they return at your departure. The alternative is to leave the card details, in case you don’t care about the privacy of your banking details.

Despite its location on a busy street, we found the hotel quiet and relaxing. Our room was comfortable with adequate space and a good shower. Good breakfast buffet. Reception always staffed. An easy walk into the city centre for restaurants, shopping etc.

The room was overheated and we couldn’t reduce the temperature other than by leaving the window open full time; not eco friendly!

Very good hotel in the city center. The rooms are clean, comfortable. Convenient location. The staff is very polite and friendly. There is underground parking. We liked everything.

The room was convenient. Bathroom and a bath were big and comfortable. Good beds and bank bed - very convenient for the family. The location is perfect - short walk to all needed city center points.

Super clean, cozy rooms. AC works excellent in hot summer. Premium room with better view was even with extra amenities for free. Love this hotel

Everything except the gym

The Gym requires a little bit of investment - some free weights for example! some of the machines are showing their age.. Nothing has changed/ been replaced there and I have stayed there a number of times over the last number of years.

Good standard of accommodation - a little dated but not an issue -nice large bed - decent pillows . Great location for my business meetings in Castellon area.

No breakfast on site - of had to walk to sister hotel
