We had the pleasure of staying in this apartment for two weeks, and it was an excellent experience. The location is incredibly convenient, with everything we needed just a short distance away. The apartment itself is well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, and having a laundry room right downstairs was a huge bonus. Ruben, the host, was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and would give it five stars without hesitation. I had a great stay at Ribalta Sensazione in Castellón de la Plana. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including towels and kitchen utensils. Its location is fantastic—close to everything, with a bus stop nearby for easy transportation. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

The only issue I noticed is the thin walls, which make it easy to hear noises from the surrounding apartments. However, this seems to be common in the area and might not be unique to this property.

The location is excellent, close to everything. Train Station, Bus, Taxi, Tram. Shopping malls, various coffee shops, Pharmacy, hairdresser vegetable shops with fresh fruits, supermarkets, laundry. Garden and city center historical sites. Safe area. There is no disturbance at night. Quiet Area.

If we had some more blankets it was very cold. Plus for the arrival there should be someone meeting you and do an induction how to use the heating system or air conditioner.

The apartment was charming, just like in the photos! My first impression was that it was spotless and had a fantastic smell. We liked the location because it was close to the gorgeous park, and we had two small dogs. We had all the amenities needed, and communication with the host was ok (we spoke English-Spanish with him). The significant advantage for us was the underground parking, as we went to Valencia and other places.

The apartment door wasn't soundproofed so we could hear everything in the hallway. Some guests were fighting next door, so we got a bit worried about what was happening, but luckily, they stopped.

We liked the location, close to the train and bus station. Light and bright, clean and comfortable.

The kitchen was very basically equipped. We contacted the host to advise that the toaster and moka pot were not working. The moka pot had been overheated, and the bulbous base would not work on the induction hob. Host advised that he would look into it later that day, but nothing happened during the duration of our stay, 3 days. The TV also had 3 bands running the width of the screen, impacting the picture.

Everything, the apartments, new building, pet friendly, the decor, all new, AC wonderful, Parking on site (for a few extra euros), Washer and Dryer downstairs for a fee (very convenience for beach goers), the beach is 5 kms from there, best Host (Ruben) ever and always responsive, the location (next to the largest park (Ribalta) and few steps to the historical center. The Mercadillo on Friday morning (you have to visit it)

Nothing really, We cannot find any faults with this property or the host or the process

Spent there more than 2 weeks, almost nothing to complain about. Spacious room, quiet, clean, everything worked fine. Great location, 10 minutes to a city center, 10 minutes to a railway station, 2-5 minutes to mercadona and consum. Super easy check in. Great place to stay.

Room smelled cigarettes a bit. A kettle would be nice.

The apartment was amazing! Lots of space, a comfy bed, an extra couch with a TV with Netflix and co, the kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom is nice and very new and modern, too. It really does look like on the pictures. The check in is very easy via a code that you get in a message. The area is quiet, but it’s not easy to find parking there. But if you search for a little bit, you’ll find something. You can get a parking spot in the garage there, but it costs you 10€ per night.

It would have been great to know a name when we were communicating via booking.com. It’s just a little weird to talk to an anonymous person all the time.

The location is good, near to the park, city center and railway/bus stations. The apartment provides drinking water, tea and coffee.

Everything was perfect. Just for the travellers who plan to cook, there is only salt and sugar in the apartment, so take this into account during the shopping.
