The staff are always amazing: Romana, Vladimir, Roxanne, and the Blond man - sorry, I forgot his name. I see them every year and nothing is too much trouble. They go above and beyond to help accommodate everything.

Nothing at all. Facilities are great at the hotel, and nothing is too much to help with, especially during the busy festival season. The breakfast facilities could be healthier.

Location of the hotel was good for us, close to the University Jaume I with good public transportation just around the corner. Also El Corte Ingles department store and several good grocery stores nearby within easy, few minute walking distance. Train station just opposite. The beds were comfortable and while the room was not overly big, it had everything we needed. the bathroom was fairly modern and clearly upgraded since hotel was build. Good underground car park available at reasonable daily rate.

There was a mistake in the booking, which Ivan at Reception sorted out immediately, giving us the room with the double bed that we had ordered. The hotel is the best modern budget hotel in which we have stayed anywhere. Breakfast was only €5, but was a full cooked or Continental breakfast of your choice. A very good Rioja wine was served by the glass in the bar.

Every year I stay at this hotel during the Rototom Festival in Benicàssim. Romana at the reception is always professional, helpful and very welcoming. Danny and the other man who do the very late, early morning shifts are also kind and helpful, especially speaking multiple languages. I’ll always stay there on trips !

Friendly competent staff who also spoke English which was helpful. Clean comfortable room. Good underground car parking facilities at a reasonable cost.

Breakfast buffet. Horrible eating area reminiscent of a works canteen. Buffet items not topped up when empty and fried eggs which must have sat there for several hours to have become quite so hard. Pastry section poor with no fresh croissants. Nice fruit juice and coffee decent.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh options. The location was also very convenient and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay.

Everything was satisfactory during our stay; there was nothing we disliked.

The staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. The hotel has on site parking which was very convinced. The location is good, within easy walking distance to the old part of town. Free water in fridge in the room.

The bar area was a little limited but there weren't many people sat around so it didn't present a problem for us.

The room was spacious and comfortable but the real stand-out bonus was the staff - they were so helpful and accommodating - I really appreciated it!

A super small comment - we had a room with a double bed, but the bed was made up of 2 single mattresses - this was not a problem for us but more just to know.

Great staff, very nice. Nice breakfast variety and location. 10 min walking from center and in front of the train/bus stops.

Hotel hallway smells to tobacco, but no smell inside the room so it was not a problem. One of our towels was completed stained with make-up. It was washed but the make-up did not disappeared. A 4stars hotel needs to remove this kind of stuff from the rooms.

The staff were very gracious and helpful. I particularly loved Ramona on reception. Nothing was too much trouble. Also, there was a man with glasses who was very kind and helpful. On the night of the mini storm, the staff on the night duty was amazing. Really helped to make being back at the hotel nice. We were allowed to have music in the reception. Great atmosphere.

I think the power to the room was made accessible by leaving the card in the slot by the door which meant that if you wanted to charge your phone or bluetooth devices, you had to leave the card in the room and get another card to re-enter the room. When this was pointed out to the man at the reception he said this was not the case but it was. I had to get a second card. Staff were very helpful and as said, nothing was too much trouble. In the restaurant, it would have been nice to have more choice, like the fruit cut and prepared like a fruit salad- water melon and yoghurt and omelettes made to order. It did seem a bit lacking in choice. Staff were slow to replenish too.
