I liked the location and the staff, who were very friendly. The cleanliness was okay, and the room was spacious. Overall, it was just right for what we needed—a one-night stopover.

As a downside, although breakfast was initially included in the booking, for some reason it was no longer available later on. We didn’t pay much—only 7 euros per adult (which we appreciated, especially since there was no charge for the children). The food wasn’t very varied, but it was of good quality. However, the coffee was quite bad. For a short stay of 1–2 nights, it’s fine, but for a longer stay, I think the options might be too limited.

Clean room with everything we needed, nice bathtub, a lot of the closet space, sweet city view. The daily room service was also great. Additionally I would like to highlight the breakfast which was simple enough, but had a variety of options (even for us vegetarians), freshly cooked & tasty. Thank you for the decaf coffee / plant milk available! The green park nearby is also a spectacular place to pass by every day on the way to the city centre. Very close to the train station which was a big plus for us.

I had a double room booked, but there were just who single beds put together which wasn't super comfy. A little more space in the room would be fabulous.

The hotel is fairly central, but in a reasonably quiet location. Some noise carried through the bedroom walls from surrounding rooms. The bathroom was o.k. except for the badly placed lavatory. Breakfast choices were quite good, and of good quality. The staff were friendly and helpful, the ones I spoke to speaking good English. The main rail station is 10 mins. walk away, and bus stops within reasonable walking distance, with frequent services in the central area.

Internal sound insulation was not the best, with hard surfaces all around, but that was not a serious issue.

The rooms had new kitchenettes, which we couldn't use due to the lack of all necessary safety certificates from the local government. No kettles, no cutlery, no plates. Jacuzzi-type bath has no curtain, so when you take a shower all water flows on the floor.

The staff, how helpful and hospitable they were. Also their level of English was above the one common in Spain. Room was decent, I loved the fact there was a bathtub, which is very rare in accommodations.

The breakfast was quite mundane and after eating literally the same food for 5 days straight, a change would be more than welcome. At least include a gluten-free version or scrambled/cooked eggs of some sort. I did like the Spanish tortilla, though.

Delightful staff, excellent location, spotlessly clean throughout, large well appointed room, good strong free wifi. Super comfortable bed therfore a very good nights sleep, full bath with a good strong shower, lots of thick fluffy towels, a good hearty breafast included, Excellent bean to cup coffee maker, secure parking only 15€, magnificent park/gardens just across the road and El Corte lnglés department store only steps away.

It would have been nice if the hotels a café /bar had been open, however there was a perfectly fine place right next door.

Breakfast for €5 was great. Staff were attentive and were able to get A/C working in the room (appears trick is to set it at 21 degrees). Shower was hit and water pressure good.

Toilet was a bit tight besides the shower/tub. Bed could have been a bit softer. There was a flood outside my room - hot water pipe burst at 2 am or so. Water came in under the door; the power eventually went out. I was surprised how quickly they dealt with it and the water was back on at 8 am in the morning. They called in staff from outside to help deal with it.

The air-conditioner was not function properly, and I could not sleep at all. However, the lovely lady at the front desk (sorry I forgot to ask her name) is very helpful and she solved the problem eventually. I have a nice stay for 4 nights here and can rest well every night. I really want to say a Thank you to her, but since the first night, I never meet her again.

It was near the main train station, in front of the Corte Ingles and diagonally across a Burger King . It was at the corner of a lively Parc that had a live theater presentation, tram connections, and to the center (the lovely city hall, cute little streets, restaurants, and cafes). The room was nice and very good value with amenities.

Unfortunately I had to leave too early for included breakfast, nothing could be prepared for me, but luckily a nearby restaurant prepared a breakfast and coffee for the next next day(morning).

Good location near park and 5-10 mins walk to the city center in one direction and railway station in other. Room was big enough with amazing view on the beautiful park Ribalta. There were TV, hair-dryer, and small kitchen but with no any plates, cups or cutlery. There is bath tube - it was important for me! Perfect staff! Very patient and nice girls at reception! Helped me with changes of my reservation. Highly recommend! Muchas gracias por todo!

There is no cutlery, any plates, cups and kettle in the kitchen.
