The cleanliness, the staff, the quiet location, the included breakfast, the gated parking, the roof terrace and the view from the roof terrace, close enough to the beach and local shops/bars. The decor was nice and the addition of a new air freshener and new wash cloth etc. The bed was fantastic. The room was the right size for a couple. The fridge, kettle and microwave were all clean and functional. The washing machine in the bathroom by the roof terrace was out of order but we didn't need it anyway. The breakfast is a choice from eggs, bacon, York ham salchichas, toast, jam, honey, coffee, tea, yoghurt, granola, orange juice and a choice of a couple of cereals. The eggs and bacon can be prepared to your individual requirements. It was well prepared and I wasn't left feeling hungry. The whole package definitely exceeded my expectations. Communication with the staff was excellent.

'Didn't like' is a bit strong, there are a couple of things that I would plan for though. If we return to Benidorm I'd definitely want to stay at the Sofia but I'd pack some extra coat hangers. I'd also request a second floor apartment because if you get inconsiderate neighbours who want to run 4am foot races on the roof terrace and you are on the third floor then you WILL be woken up. That said, it was only one occasion and beyond the control of the staff so it's a helpful hint and not a complaint.

A beautiful, clean and very comfortable apartment. Love the simple fact there is a kettle and a fridge so you can make a cuppa whenever you want one. A very quiet location which suited us very well. If you have to go to the Levante end, which we had to for a function, there is a bus stop with a regular service 2 minutes walk from the hotel, at a cost of €1.60 per person each way it wasn’t worth taking the car and trying to park. On other occasions we walked along the front all the way along but 5km one way in dress shoes and heeled sandals is not ideal but no problem in trainers. The breakfasts were excellent and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. We cannot recommend this hotel enough, it is excellent. Thank you Sofia for making our stay so restful and enjoyable.

Nice big cozy room and lovely territory. Big terrace in each room. The family of three felt comfortable. Clean and cozy bed with once per three days linen change. Enough towels. You can cook in the small kitchen. Really close to the beach and to all facilities. Helpful and friendly stuff 😀. I would recommend it for staying.

We lived on the ground floor and there were mosquitos on the terrace, so we couldn't eat out at the big table. And inside there were just two small coffee tables, which is ok for adults but not convenient when you are with children.

Since we had an event in Gran hotel Bali, Sofia location was superb. Spacious room, comfortable bed, good parking. Helpful staff.

We went to the Sofia hotel 7 years ago in the summer so we took the option breakfast included. I understand now it is off-season, but quality and selection was very poor compared what we had 7 years ago. Fridge without refrigerator. Despite this everything else remained the same as 7 years ago!

I liked that it was quiet and close to the beach. The owner was very nice and responsive.it was great we get as many towels as we needed several times and the cleaning and the fact you do not need to carry a key since the door opens by using a code.

I believe there could be done a small fix to the bedroom closet.

Loved everything no complaints at all, friendly staff, in a nice quiet area . I would recommend downloading the taxi app because taxi's find it difficult to find without having the app.

Not a lot of places to eat nearby, it would have been good if you had an oven in the room . No pool but beach nearby

we regret the excellent breakfast we got last year. It was very convenient and it also gave more living atmosphere.

Cozy apartment hotel. As we visited February, it was a cold room, but we quickly solved the problem with the air conditioner. The bed is very comfortable. The room is clean. A big plus is private parking. We have not ordered breakfast so I will not comment. Great comunication via whatsapp

From the pick up at the airport, by Slava, to our departure 14 days later, our stay was relaxing and comfortable. Mayte and Dina on reception were very friendly and extremely helpful. The apartment had a large comfortable bed and was spotlessly clean, and kept so by the friendly cleaning team, and was very quiet. The location is in a nice part of Benidorm with easy access to the centre by local buses which run every 15 minutes from a nearby bus stop. A lovely supermarket is 5 minutes walk away. We would certainly return and can highly recommend to those seeking a quiet stay away from the noisy town centre.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Made to feel very welcome. Great breakfast, eggs/omelette cooked to order, good range of continental breakfast goodies. Delicious, strong coffee. All areas of hotel very clean. Cleaning of rooms excellent. Towel/bedding replacement excellent. Close to superb Poniente beach and cafe. Very close to bus stops to Benidorm, Finestrat and Guadalest. Very close to Gran Bali hotel... great place for buffet dinner at €15 (€7.50 children) a head and some evening entertainment. Great to have hob/fridge/kettle in kitchen in room.

Nothing negative. Would hire a car for ease when staying again. Larger taxis sometimes harder to come by and buses (although cheap and regular) soon add up when buying five tickets each time.
