Receptionist was super polite, helpful and professional. Pool bars barista, a young girl was very polite and professional too. People like that make you feel very welcome. Clean and tidy everything around. Every morning a lovely lady cleaned really well room. Comfortable bed, spacious wardrobe, in bathroom was everything good too. And we got a huge balcony where was a garden table with two chairs and a few sun beds .

I missed a little fridge for having where to get cold water when in the room. And air conditioners a bit loud so could not use in the night. And would be great to have a shower instead of bath.

The location is perfect. It is just 3 minutes away from the beach. It takes you several minutes to walk to the shops, caffès, restaurants. I loved the location because it is very quiet. For those who like the pool, they can enjoy it at the hotel’s area. Another great thing is that the mattresses and pillows were so so so comfortable. The towels were new, clean and had very fresh scent. All staff was friendly and it gave me the feeling I was among the friends.

The only thing that could be improved was the variety of the breakfasts, as it was monotonous. It was the same each day.

We liked the uncovered parking area being on the hotel premises. We loved the beds being so comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast which was well staffed by pleasant employees and everything topped up as soon as it needed to be. The bacon and fried eggs were excellent and the bread nice and fresh. A great choice of all breakfast items. We liked the ramps from the parking to the hotel, the ramp from the hotel entrance into reception and the ramp from reception to the lift. This was ideal for me to walk easily with my walking aid. We loved the very large terrace on our first floor room and the provision of sunbeds, table and chairs. We liked the area which was nice and quiet at night.

The staff were all so lovely from the reception to the dining hall ladies they went above and beyond to help me as my Spanish is very limited the vibe was so cool so relaxing hard working but the vibe was so laid back I loved all your staff so kind and considerate thank you I will never forget u all and I may return next year for a long break love Sharon xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I liked everything so it’s hard to do two or three sentences I did not like leaving I wanted to stay but I had already booked a villa for four days from the 9th September I cannot fault anything nothing at all.

Location is super, quiet and relaxing area, so close to the beach, theres enough cafes and restaurants for everyone breakfast service until 10.30 if u are a late riser, looking out the window at the surf rolling in the evening time, and the palm trees fluttering in the breeze, totally worth the money, you really feel calm and relaxed. The bedding was incredibly good and most comfortable, plenty of towels also in the bathroom and a little balcony to sit and enjoy the view.

Could offer a small fridge in the room, not a massive issue, but perhaps a coffee maker or something like that would be nice too.

The staff were incredibly helpful and very attentive with our stay and with the questions that we had. Me and my daughter had a wonderful time, and the breakfast buffet was delightful, including their fresh orange juice machine which was our favourite. We will definitely be returning.

Just to perhaps include more variety of fruits, such as pineapple, mango and watermelon in the breakfast buffet.

We have visited the hotel many times over the years and found it comfortable and the ambiance was good it’s also pet friendly and has parking available essential in the busier times

We were disappointed to find the cena / evening meal had been discontinued this also had the effect that people no longer congregated in the garden bar area to chat before and after the meal hence the lack of ambience also there didn’t appear to be table service from the bar.

Booked a last minute stay for a little getaway, lovely location by the beach away from the centre of Benidorm but had some great bars and restaurants within a 10 minute stroll. We chose it mainly for the parking option and upon arrival glad we did as there was no on street parking anywhere

Breakfast was quite basic with minimal options. Whilst room was clean and comfortable it was one of the smallest rooms I've had in the area.

There was three of us my wife ,Grandaughter and myself we found the staff friendly and there was no language barrier my Grandaughter enjoyed the pool and the Hotels location made it easy to travel around on Public Transport, We didn't sample the food unfortunately i am presently looking to book it again in October.

I can't really put my finger on anything i didn't like about the Hotel it ticked all our boxes,

lovely modern hotel at the far end of beach away from the old town a lovely walk along the promenade or a bus every 20 minutes
