The place is very nice and charming, in an old renovated property. There is a small spa in the basement and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff, despite not being able to speak English, were very nice, caring and friendly.

The location is good in terms of transport links but there is not much around the area. I was struggling to find decent places to have a good dinner nearby, the only open place was in the nearby village where the food was very average and quite expensive for what it was. In another village, the place was closed (even though it was marked as open on Google).

Great room, excellent breakfast and very helpful staff.

We thought it was going to be remote but it was at the back of a kinda housing estate and the town is not the prettiest.

Quality Building in lovely rural situation. Very well appointed. Ample secure car parking. Very good breakfasts.

Breakfast was good, the spa was relaxing, an easy walk into Beranga for eating and shopping. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking was good.

Our room was in the attic, inconvenient on the stairs 4 levels .

Very convenient for the ferry terminal at Bilbao. Clean, comfortable, quiet and a good spread at breakfast.

We had to drive some distance to find a decent evening meal sadly as lots of places were closed. the pool and jacuzzi could have been a bit warmer!

The building was magnificent and the breakfast was excellent. We were made very welcome.

The restricted size of the room and the small windows - poor ventilation. The chemicals in the swimming pool - smell and taste.

Perfect and beautiful place to visit the nearby sightseeings, incl. Santander. Lot's of high class (Michelin Stars) restaurants around. The hotel owner is very helpful for such experiences. Thanks to him for a late chack-in. Very friendly staff. We are looking forward for another chance to come again.

Immaculately clean and the staff were absolutely amazing. So much patience explaining the spa and breakfast when we only speak English and they only speak Spanish. We cannot praise them highly enough.
