Reception staff were unhelpful when I needed information about our coach pickup.

All reception staff were amazing, very friendly and replied our queries. Breakfasts and dinners were absolutely delicious. location is perfect - just opposite a wonderful beach. Our room had everything that we needed. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean (a cleaner worked every day and was very pleasant).

Poor sound insolation and terrible noice from outside early morning (our window looked at the nearest house, just 2 meters distance).

The spaces are very big and i really love it, breakfast buffet was extraordinary i really love the food good varieties to choose from, Wifi is also good at our room. Our Room was clean with balcony, we wanted to have a sea side unfortunately was overbooked, we went here to celebrate my post birthday with them. The location was really promising it is directly in the seaside you just have to jump in there and swim unlimitedly, this hotel is also pet friendly. Gym and Spa is also available if you don't like to dip in the sea

Reception are not that friendly and smiling with the people, but in the Breakfast restaurants the young guys are very polite and thankful that we are helping him putting the old plates that we used.

We got a corner room with 2 balconies facing two different sides which made our experience great as we could sit and enjoy the views. The rooms was spacious. The breakfast was incredible!

Not the friendliest staff. Cleaners wanted to come in around 9-10 in the morning. It was also a bit difficult getting there without a car as no Ubers were available and it was a very long hot walk from/to the train station - so make sure to book a taxi (it’s the same price as the uber so just take the taxi).

The hotel is at a great location, right in front of the beach. The town centre is just a short walk away on the boulevard, but the hotell is still located in a quiet area with little traffic. I dont think i ever had a more pleasant check in than at this hotel, with super friendly and professional staff. The room was large and practical. Beds are comfortable. The breakfast is very nice and also the buffet dinner. The price/quality ratio is very high. I will for sure come back next time i visit Blanes.

The furniture in the room are a bit dated. They are functional but give a bit of a 80's feel. The fitness room has a rubber carpet which smells pretty bad. Making the workout almost unbearable.

The hotel has a prime location right in front of the beach, we loved the view from our balcony. Also, the room was super clean and it was cleaned every day, comfy beds, quality toiletries in the shower.

Even though the food was good, it wasn't too diverse, and we only stayed for 3 days. Also, it smelled like a paint in the gym and the AC was blowing really poorly. It's definitely worth cleaning it not only in the gym, but in the rooms as well.

Breakfast is buffet with plenty of choice for every nationality I had requested a side sv room which I got. There are no single sea view rooms but the side sea view ones are perfect. I love the location of this hotel, across the road from the beach, 10 min walk to town, 10 min walk to the more touristy area. 10 min walk to bus stops There is also an a la carte restaurant which I’ve eaten in several times which is really good and reasonably priced. If you are looking for a hotel with entertainment then this isn’t for you, but I don’t so it suits me perfectly. The staff here are so helpful and friendly which means a lot when you are a solo female traveller

It was on the beach and we got upgraded to a room with a seaview with very small amount of money which was great. The breakfast was very good and the balcony was very nice.

The staff at the reception and the cleaning lady wasn't the friendliest. The air-condition in our room didn't work and the machine was covered in a thick layer of dust. Also the cleaning of the room was not decent enough. It was also weird that we couldn't turn off light on the balcony.

Location is fantastic. Beach front, walkable, restaurants downstairs (including on site), awesome breakfast buffet, staff are multilingual and incredible helpful. Bed is super comfy, room was clean, bathroom shower have various spouts for different needs, etc. also near other sites like botanic gardens, etc. Staff is multilingual and able to help advise and call taxis. I felt very safe and attended to. Highly recommend for all- families, elevator/lift for wheelchair access, BIPOC, LGBTQ+, solo travelers, etc.. Would definitely come back.

No bottle water in a room, or any complimentary drinks It’s a 4 star hotel not 2, which was very weird Also fridge in a room doesn’t work, I have asked a member of staff, to come and a have look But nobody came Overall cleanliness, walls with lots of marks and scratches Walls in the bathroom needs to clean as well (Is not my hair)😅 Dirty hair dryer,actual turned yellow instead of being a white No table on the balcony There is a couple of things which needs to be done
