I initially booked for 2 nights and ended up staying nearly a week. The staff is very nice, friendly, welcoming, helpful. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and common areas, tea making facilities with a good selection of teas, balconies in each room, some with lateral view of the sea. The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to the sea, to the train station, shops, cafes, pastry shops, funicular to go up to the botanical garden and the tower. several large supermarkets are within walking distance, while smaller vendors for fruit, veggies, bread, flowers are all around. The place is exactly as on the pictures; most pleasant to sleep and relax.

Fabulous hotel, simple but lovely decorated and spotless clean. Very friendly owner and cleaning lady. Would definitely stay here again.

The beds were lovely and comfy but as the nights were very cold the bedding wasn't warm enough and I was very very cold the first night and still cold the second night despite the extra blanket I was given. If you come here in April bring pyjamas for winter!

We have had a great time at Mallorca Boutique Hotel and felt more than very well. Especially the people there, Marjam, her mother and others, are that friendly and allways smiling - was so great chatting with them. The hotel was very clean and very passionate managed - even dayly room-service! We loved staying there and relaxing at the "sun-terrace". Not to forget the wonderful, passionat prepared breakfast, surroundet in such a wonderful friendly atmosphere every morning - we loved it. Further to that it was coffee, tee and so for free the whole day. We recommend staying in the hotel and would also come back if it would be possible. If the whole world would be as friendly and smiling as people in Mallorca Boutique Hotel are, there would be not one trouble worldwide. For Marjam, her Mam and the other woman/staff there we thankful wish all the best!

Sometimes we felt a bit annoyed by smokers and their cigarette smoke at the balcony and in the courtyard. But with clothing our balcony door we managed.... Its something you often find that smokers don´t care about non smokers..

I liked almost everything. Very nice staff. Cleanliness of the room, high level of customer care. The hotel is located in a quiet area, it is pleasant to sleep, shower, and relax. The beach is 5 minutes walk. thank you for the opportunity to be with you.

I didn't like the smell in the corridors - apparently someone was smoking in the rooms. also the walls are very thin, and the neighbor in the other room was talking loudly after 10. It was difficult to sleep cause I am sensitive. But overall these are minor things

Pretty much everything was good breakfast was very nice basic but good breakfast what you need staff was very friendly and good overall it was a good stay

Quiet, clean, unpretentious family run Pension. Located away from the tourist chaos but close enough to the beach, tourist strip, station and bus stops to reach each in 5mins by walking. Bed was extra comfortable. Lovely courtyard and lounge with free tea/coffee making facilities and all you need to make snacks and/or picnics.

Nothing. There was nothing to complain about at all. Perfect for the solo traveller 🧳.

Perfectly located away from the tourist strip. Very friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable. Went out of their way to help with any issues.

Could be a bit noisy at night but might just have been the particular guests that weekend.

Clean and nice place. Literally 2 minutes from the beach. Very kind and helpful owner. The breakfast is good, don’t worry you won’t get hungry after that. Highly recommended to stay in.

Owner is wonderful host. The room had all we need including spacious comfort bed, balcony and sikorski fan on the ceiling that is doing great job even in high temperatures. Breakfast is classic buffet witch decent quality food and coffe, juice. Hotel is located close to the train station. Rooms were being cleaned every day.
