We were lucky enough to get a corner room with a large balcony and both sea and mountain views.Food to suit all tastes with a great selection at breakfast and dinner buffets. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location.

The lovely room with seaview ,comfortable and always clean,the position ( near the beach)the staff in the restaurant Valeria and Lola.I also got to know the owner ( very nice person ) .I had a pleasant stay .I was alone and they make me feel very well a bit like a family friend (in the restaurant especially) .

The food was not particularly exciting for my test ( could be better )and the swimming pool area probably needs a refreshing .

I moved to this hotel after a poor experience with another. They were accommodating, friendly, happy and gve good customer service. very professional.

The evening needed to be a little bit more lively, more music, it was a bit dated at times. The sauna should have been included in the price and the pool was a little too cold. However was very good staff and good overall stay with lots of little treats. The only hotel that had lights during a whole country blackout. and they still dealt with people with a smile.

Great beds and breakfast. Shower, amazing water pressure. Fantastiskt beach cross the road. The train tracks are right outside the hotel, but it didn't bothered us at all. Easy access to trains station that takes you to the airport and Barcelona. Return ticket to Barcelona 11 euro . Do you whant to travel around the costline and see more cities is it not great options north. The train takes you in land after a couple of stops. It much better south.

The room had spots of dirt on walls when we arrived, but cleaning staff fixt it right away. It's a 4 star hotel. Should have higher standard on things. It's written that they provide shower gel and shampoo. Had to ask for it every day. Some towels had stains or hols on them No pool towels provided.. The balcony was not ckeand

Amazing hotel, staff very friendly! The buffet had a good choice of food/ diff variety’s every night. The rooftop pool was amazing and the views were beautiful, we went on the 01/10/23 and it wasn’t busy by the pool we always got a sunbed! U can’t hear the trains at all at night which is a bonus. The location was a great, right next to restaurants, bars and only 10 min walk from train station. I stayed here with my boyfriend I’m (22yrs old) and we had an amazing time would 100% go again. The staff also gave us some sweets and a little card when we left which was very cute. This hotel is 100% great value for money, for what you get it’s an absolute bargain! Would 100% recommend ! Also the frog bar a few doors down is a amazing to!

Tropic Park Hotel is a great Place for the vacation. Staff are very nice and friendly. Super delicious foods with happy ambience. A quiet and calming place. I would absolutely recommend it .👍

As an all-inclusive service, and cause the hot weather, it was expected to get free drinks.

Staff was very helpful, especially in the restaurant I had very good experince. Also front desk was good but I think you need to have more people at the front desk because of the hotel capacity. Also they upgraded my room free of charge and it was amazing.

Wifi was so bad, I had difficulties during connection, because connection cut several times without any reason.

Extra helpfull personnel. Location almost at the coastline was very convienient. Beautifull viewes from the balcony. Delicious food at lunches and dinners, including plenty of fish, seefood, fruits and cakes...

Only some noisy turists at nights can be heard through the open windows from the street.

The room was so clean, big and with beautiful view to the see. The dinner was rich and varied. There was meat, fish, spaghetti. It was delicious.

The water in the swimming pools was cold. There aren’t many fruits on the buffet. Water was extra during dinner
