I really liked this hotel. During our stay we didn't have any issues with stuff or with the level of comfort. If you have any additional questions or requests the hotel stuff will be friendly, supportive and willing to help. Breakfast was great. Despite the fact that the same set of dishes is served every day, you always have a wide range to choose. Fruits (pears, pineapples, watermelon and melon etc), vegetables, meat and cheese slices, pancakes, tosts, eggs and bakery. I also want to mention that our beds were very comfortable. We stayed in the double room with balcony (twin beds). For people who like to stay up late, I would like to recommend The Kings restaurant near the Alhambra Hotel, they work until 1am.

Safe deposit box is for the extra charge, hair dryer is a bit too weak for the long hair.

The staff is really nice and helpful. The location is close to the beach. In the comments people complain about noise and poor cleaning: it's just not true, the hotel is in good conditions and you can ask for a quiet room, which we got. As I said, the staff is super nice and helpful! Also the gym is amazing, never seen a better equipped one in a hotel. Overall, you can't have anything better at this price point.

The only aspect that can be improved is the restaurant. Food is overall good, but there's way too much fried and pork based food. We wished there could have been a larger choice of typical Spanish dishes, and more local fish.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days, stayed in the double room, got the full board, and we didn't want to leave! The beach is a 10 minute walk, the sorrounding area is great, local bars, souvenir shops and ice creaplaceces. The hotel buffet was incredible, variety of food always, fresh fruit everyday and everything was very tasty. Staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, the waiters at the restaurant were exceptional. There is a pool outside, near a bar and on certain days there are pool games and concerts by the bar. Room was completely sound proof, couldn't hear anything or anyone unless someone was directly in front of our door. Would 100% recommend, don't look at another option.

The shower was in the main bedroom, and although a curtain was provided... if travelling with friends, not a great idea...the room was clean however a change of bedding would be recommended, the throw and cushions seemed old.

I highly recommend the Alhambra hotel. Great location in the centre of Santa Susanna, close to the beautiful beach. Very nice and helpful staff. Wide selection of dishes for breakfast and dinner. Great music and dance shows on the stage at night. I will definetely come back to Alhambra :)

Alhambra hotel is my favorite place in santa suzanna. I am there at least 3 times per year , and this hotel has everything u need. Facilities wise: gym, pool, sauna , jacuzzi. Great staff , very friendly and kind. Hotel always clean, comfortable and most importantly not noisy and u can sleep well.

Good location, amazing and helpful staff. Our stay was pretty good. Lot of options for shopping and food around the hotel.

Maybe as a suggestion- coffee makers/water cookers should be placed. Being a morning tea/coffee person, would appreciate it having in the room.

Lovely international hotel, the shower in the room was an added luxury, the restaurant was clean and offered a wide variety of food.

We didn't mind but the entertainment is loud but finishes at midnight.

Everything so relaxing but plenty to do. Food nice choice s Room 522 double balcony. Been before give us decent discount book tomorrow ha ha.

The location is great with access to parking. A very nice and pleasant place to rest.

I don't have any major complaints except maybe that the Wi-Fi should be much faster because it is very slow.
