Staff were great and nothing was too much trouble, beds really big and comfy, rooms are big, bathrooms nice and big, location right on the beach and near all shops. Everywhere was immaculately clean and rooms serviced every day. Bottles of water in room each was a nice touch too.

Could have provided coffee sachets etc in room to go with the kettle and cups. Would be nice to extend the music down to the lower levels when sunbathing. Shower rooms when leaving could do with some hanging hooks in the men's room. Break fast was cold unless you had the fresh cooked eggs

The hotel was located just in front of the beach and in the centre of Santa Susanna. The building is lovely as it feels modern and with a wonderful layout - it doesn't feel too big, nor too small. The staff were absolutely brilliant, very easygoing and helpful. We had an all inclusive deal and we were afraid that the meals were going to be all the same but we were very glad to be wrong! The variety and the quality of lunches and dinners were astonishing! So many fish and meat dishes and all delicious. Breakfast was great too! The air conditioning in the room worked wonderfully, and the cleaning standards were fantastic - every single day. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone wanting a relaxed holiday

Everything was perfect. 6th floor and beautiful view on the beach. Staff was extremely professional and kind. The price of stay and prices for breakfast, and dinner were great and affordable. The food was excellent. Can’t wait to back and book again. Love it

Nothing, except I wanted to stay again in the middle of November, but it’s booked for whole month. How’s that possible? Never mind, I hope and I looking forward to be there again, soon.

Awesome room , massive comfy bed with view of sea and mountains. Pool on virtually on the beach. All very nice.

Food was cold , cooked breakfast unless you want omlettes stone cold. Coffee machine frequently didn't work. Staff didn't explain the dining arrangements on arrival so was hit and miss. Its a shame because the food is varied and nice but they need to invest in new hotplates. We were half board and you can switch between dinner and tea which is good. For the extra few quid its worth it even with cold food.

Personel was really nice really helpful. Breakfast was good either. Beds outside also nice only the pool was a bit small. The cleaning service was very good every day a very clean room again.

Swimming pool a bit small. Room was quite spacious nice balcony. The bed was really soft so we couldn’t sleep so well. I think the bed was already too much, the springs in the matras was noisy and bouncy. Bathroom was good size but it wasn’t so clean as expected some mould spots in the tiles so I used slippers to shower.

I general, I liked the hotel. It is located very close to the beach. The personnel is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good. Our room had a spacious bathroom and a nice balcony.

Even though I liked the hotel and we had a good time, there were several negative things: you have to pay to use the safe or beach towels. Dinner was so-so and food in the bar was not good. We booked the room with a sea view, unfortunately, there is a construction site next to the hotel, so it spoils the beautiful view.

Location is great! All staff was so helpful, and special thanx to Alex and Valentina, as they have responded to all our needs without delay. Thanx to housekeeping which was doing very detailed job, and thanx for a special surprise message on our bed, the last night at the hotel. :) Thanx to the restaurant team, the food was so delicious and with a lot of variety.

The pool area could be bigger, but it was manageable. We would suggest, if snack bar can offer the ice-cream , as it is a bit annoying to leave the pool area and go somewhere else for an ice-cream, in a such a hot weather :) Best regards to all the team. Jelena et Gabi (room 702) :)

Well, I enjoyed every single moment there. The location, the resort vibe, relaxation, and nice live music in the evenings. Amazing big balconies with the sea view, comfy beds, clean and nice bathrooms. Spa and sauna were perfect addition. And of course, the wonderful and huge beach with a lot of space for everyone. Boat trips to beautiful Tossa de Mar are available nearby every day. Food, OMG the food was delicious, both breakfasts (pastry!) and dinners (meat and fish dishes!). Also, the hotel interiors look very fresh, and it was just good to spend some time (reading or watching football) in the air-conditioned reception area or near the bar. I wanna say special thanks to a very cheerful and positive staff working at the pool bar. At some point, I even stopped going somewhere else for lunch because it was just really relaxing and nice to stay within the hotel territory. Frappuccino was the main drink of my stay :)

The cleaning person (presumably) took one of my own towels by mistake, and I got lost in the depths of the washing processes, and it was not returned to me or compensated. A minor thing that disappointed me a bit. However, the cleaning service itself was very good, and the room was always clean and shiny. Also, the room doors were slamming a bit loud.

The location is ideal, 2 minutes walking rom the beach and 5 minutes walking from promenade. The hotel itself is very nice, clean. The staff at the reception are amazing, customer oriented, supportive and smiley. I would distinguish Suzanne and Strayline. The room is a bit small, but very bright. The terrace is a big bonus. Breakfast was very good, full of varieties.

Nothing bed, I would suggest the pool sunbeds be cleaned.

Beachfront location, nice beach bar and poolside bar. The pool area is great, really well maintained. It felt really safe as I was travelling alone. Excellent facilities including the spa and the restaurant with wonderful chefs. Really close to other nice places to eat. Good location to rent a bike and cycle along the coast exploring. All the rooms have a balcony and sea view.

Nothing really! Santa Susanna isn’t really my kind of place, I preferred the culture in Barcelona but it was nice to relax and recharge and there are some nice spots to eat.
