The receptionist Ismael wonderful and profesional. Thanks to him we obtained the room on 5-th floor room 518 we did not like the 2-th floor was noisy..to many kids and we want to have quiet place. And he did all to make us comfortable and happy.

Is not a big loss..we have been disappointed ..a big thermos from UK special one was stolen by the stuff they clean the room. We put the anounce to not disturb..but they enter any way. Even we give the tips becose we are nice and considerating is a great gesture to give..the staff they spoiled finally with a bad note the hotel.

Please note the Summer Sun is CLOSED and we were transferred to to Royal Sun Suites across the road - this review is for the RSS! Great staff, always a friendly smile and very helpful. Food - The All-inclusive is all buffet and good value. Breakfast is standard, the choice is the same each day. Lunchtime you get a good variety, including veggie options. The dinner menu is great, the dishes change each night and lots of fish choices, curry, pasta, etc The hotel is located just up the street from the beach, a nice 5 minute stroll. The rooms are clean and large - ours had a separate living room with a fridge freezer and a balcony to fit 4-6 people easily. You can use the all-inclusive facilities of the other 4* HTOPS, the ‘Royal Sun’ is the nearest of these (200meters away) and directly on the beach

There is a ‘disco’ across the road from the hotel, which blasts music out from 9 til midnight every single night. I don’t have sensitive hearing but the music is really loud and there’s no chance of sleeping if your balcony overlooks the courtyard facing it. Absolutely not the hotels fault but I heard a few others commenting on how bad/loud it was. Luckily the musical experience ends at midnight and the area is quiet afterwards but if your an early bird invest in some earplugs beforehand! One final note - the beach itself is separated from the main strip by train tracks. To get over to it you need to use one of the pedestrian subways (with steps unless you brave the road) - this might be something to consider if less mobile. My stepdad paid €8 for a minibus taxi back from the beach

130 per night you would think the safe would be free.. No radio channels on the tv. Why hotels have 2 beds when the majority of the guests are couples

The fact there was no room for me when I arrives, but they found me one. In was well situated and staff were lovely

My room, the personal and the breakfast was also amazing,I can recommend it for short term. The beach is also only 2-5min by walk.

My room was in front of the lifts at the second floor, that is why I heard everyone on the hall. I had to ask for a hair dryer at the reception,as it was not inkl.to the bedroom.

I did like everything because I had the feeling I was home
