Amazing food and a lot of options. Super friendly staff! Big room and amazing view!

Quite an old building that affected the standard of the hotel.

We were really impressed with this hotel. The staff were fantastic, the restaurant staff were so friendly and efficient and the amount of activities they have for kids and adults is impressive. It is only an hour away from Barcelona City Centre by train and Santa Susanna train station is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the vicinity and the beach is less than a 10 minute walk away also. The dinner buffet in the evenings is only €19 and there was so much to choose from. The breakfast was fantastic and the rooms were kept really clean and the housekeeping staff were always pleasant too. We stayed in room number 2115 and it was perfect for our stay. We should have stayed here longer. The atmosphere here was great.

The hotel had lovely spa facilities and the massages that we had were great! Definitely worth the cost. We also enjoyed the indoor pools and sauna facilities. There was entertainment every night which was great and good was also very delicious and varied.

The rooms were quite old and lacked space. For the price we paid it would have been ideal to have a better room. They also do not give complimentary or standard items like water, a kettle or iron. You have to pay for water which is a rip off. And you essentially "borrow" the iron and kettle but have to put down a cash deposit first. The outside of the hotel needed some more TLC just to make it look more appealing, e.g. the flowers were dead and discoloured. And the paint needed retouching. Otherwise it was a lovely hotel.

Of the many hotels on the beautiful coast of Santa Susanna, we chose this one and it was luck! Everything corresponds to a high level and 4* service. The hotel is kept clean at all times. The room can be cleaned every day if you request. But we didn't request daily cleaning. The rooms have enough everything for a comfortable stay. The plumbing is in good condition. Very friendly service at the reception, for any question and at any time. Fun, dynamic animation during the day and live vocal concerts in the evening. Children's club and children's discos in the evenings. Billiard tables and other slot machines for entertainment for every taste. Convenient elevators. The pools are clean, there are several of them on site, including a jacuzzi on the upper terrace. The buffet food is tasty and varied, fast service. Although we only had breakfast, we were always full. Location in the center of the resort, proximity to the railway station, as well as convenient access to the beach. Lots of shops and entertainment nearby. I would also like to note the wonderful sports and SPA complex. We managed to visit there twice. It’s a delight, so many pools with different temperatures, a steam room and a sauna! Real relaxation. An excellent solution when the weather turned a little bad due to rain in early June. Highly recommend for families with children. We felt very comfortable with you, like at home. I really want to come back again. The service and conditions exceed expectations and are fully consistent with the price. We wish you prosperity, see you again!

There was only one nuance, which, against the general background of satisfaction, I would not even mention. But it's important. After we left the room, I think the staff discovered a fallen marble slab from the sink in the bathroom. It happened suddenly. I was frightened by surprise, because when I grabbed the towel bar, the entire slab suddenly collapsed onto the floor. It’s good that it wasn’t my child and no one was injured. The plate is very heavy. We left it as it was. The staff was not informed immediately, I have attached a photo. To be safe, it makes sense to inspect the bathrooms of your hotel. Good luck!

We have returned again to this beautiful place, the time went by very quickly , we have enjoyed and had the best time, great memories, friendly members of staff and very respectful , the hotel as always has exceed my expectations from food to great accommodation , services and entertainment!

I don’t have anything to complain about .

The choice of food was amazing, both during breakfast and also during lunch/dinner. Food kept coming out and cooking non stop. The waiter service was excellent… they take you to your table and very fast in taking orders and clearing plates from the tables. The juniour suite on the fifth floor was comfortable and big enough. Shower with very good pressure, toilet in seperate area. Toiletries included a comb, shaving cream and disposable blade, shower cap, body cream, sewing kit, tooth brush and paste apart from shampoo and shower gel and hand soap.

No coffee facilities. A/C could work better.

Enjoyed my return to Aqua , but the time went so fast..wish I could have stay more .. left behind the beautiful sunset and lovely people, the warmth and kindness every day has fulfilled my heart again, the room was cleaned on daily basis and always been asked by the kindness ladies who cleaned tirelessly all the rooms , may I thank to all amassing members of staff in the rest and across the hotel /Bar and the chef for tirelessly cooking our meals every day and the wonderful waitress for checking on us and making sure we are happy ! Will Miss this place till next year!

There is nothing I can say that I didn’t liked , everything has been done to a very high level!

Beautiful place not far from the sea, train station, restaurants and stores.

There is no noise isolation at all, I heard people talking, snoring and doing other things in the next room. Moreover, there was some renovation or repair work in the neighbouring room, so I heard loud drills and hammers (thankfully, my call to the reception helped immediately, so I was able to have a nap). The table near the sink in the bathroom was dirty with sand on it. The rest was fresh and clean. The accommodations of people in the canteen should be improved as well - why don't you just let people grab knives and forks by themselves and sit wherever they want? It would shrink the lines to the restaurant and reduce people waiting for a table to be assigned to them.

The experience, I will say in this resort, not a hotel because it’s full of all the facilities to be a resort, was fantastic. As always, the great experience comes from the staff who work there starting, from our receptionist Santiago and going all the way to the spectacular team of the restaurant, Miguel, Cecilia, Silvia and Marielis. They were very available for any of our request and always ready to give us the best service. I really recommend this hotel to whoever wants to come with their families because the hospitality is their biggest strength. Thanks again to the lovely staff and looking forward to seeing you again.

Due to the age of the hotel, the acoustic isolation between the rooms is not the best, we could hear people talking inside the other rooms.

Nice hotel and our favourite restaurant staff were there from last year who give an excellent personal service remembering us from last year, how lovely 👍

No bed side plug this time unlike last time and despite it being on the room brief. So we had an extension which we hired but the lead was on the other side of the room. Dangerous if your partner got up in the night.
