Highly recommended to stay here! We stayed here for 3 nights and have nothing bad to say. The staff is super friendly and offer a very good service. Everything you need is there in the apartment and the bed (very good  and thick mattresses) and the sofa bed sleeps wonderfully. On arrival, the apartment was also very clean. The location is also great! Near the beach and the train station and several shops and eateries. We had our dog Rocco (French bulldog) with us and also he loved that it was just a 20-minute walk to the dog beach. We will definitely come back here! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It is one of the most beautiful stays for us, the apartment was excellent, clean, equipped with everything, with a wonderful view of the sea. You can find direct under the hotel everything u need (supermarket, shopping, restaurants, beauty centre, barbershop). Very close to the beach, about 100 meters on foot. Not like the rest of the apartments, here there was also a demolition to clean the apartment, if asked (for free).There is also air conditioning in every room. In addition, the owner is a very kind and helpful person who helps with anything she can. The place is great and we will gladly book again at the same hotel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for my needs (staying near my son’s football team who were in a nearby hotel) and a few minutes walk to the train station. Cheap and frequent trains all the way into Barcelona, 1 minute walk to the beach. Not far from the old town which is ice and scenic

The tiny TV had no English language channels that I could find (not a big issue - not on holiday to watch TV!).

We had a long stay, spent 1,5 months at Aparthotel Iris and I consider it’s enough time for full observation. We liked everything starting from online communication, the first day at checkin, all interactions during our stay and the day of checkout. Although this is aparthotel type of property the standards of this place are high comparing even to some 4* hotels in Santa Susanna: it’s got elevator (12 apartments only, 4 floors building), good stable supply of cold and hot water, aircon in each room, regular cleaning services and towels change. Facilities are basic but are kept in working conditions. Aparthotel has sea view and town view apartments. Sea view may be nice to have but those apartments face the main commercial street with lots of noises. The apartments facing the town are more calm and possibly less windy in case of weather change. This is our first stay in such type of property (usually we stay at hotel with HB) and we found out it’s a great option for those who prefers cooking/dining out to crowded hotel restaurant with queues to get your meal. For our family Iris was much more convenient place in terms of COVID measures as well. I should specifically admit the professional management and the staff. Despite this is not a hotel with respective price difference they are taking a good care of their guests and they could provide hospitality and client service trainings to other hotels in the area near by. Our family enjoyed our stay at aparthotel Iris. This stay helped us to recover our forces and return our home to support Ukraine. With happy 💙💛 hearts we are wishing many happy clients to Iris aparthotel and we are looking forward to return many times to this wonderful place. P.S. We’ve got the same type of coffee maker as we had in Iris but coffee made in Iris apartment tastes better :)

The hotel is located at the beach location where you also have access to the shopping street. The view from Hotel was spectacular. The rooms were clean. The train station is walkable. The car parking is not near the premises of the hotel but there is a free parking lot just in a walkable distance and was also comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Worth for the price too.

I liked everything. The room was as expected with a beautiful sea view as we wished. The hosts were lovely. The location is great - a short walk from the beach, close to a shop, a center with other shops and a promenade... We also used the train for a trip to Barcelona. We were pleased with the air conditioning in the room, especially on hot days. We had 1 large pot, 1 small pot and 1 pan for cooking, plates, mugs, ... Kitchenette, stove, refrigerator with freezer, 2 balconies, bathroom with bathtub... Only our child slept on the sofa bed, so it was enough for him. The beds in the bedroom were comfortable for us and we slept well. The apartment had everything for us to enjoy our vacation.

Someone with a weak sleep should prefer to leave the windows closed at night, or even the awning (marquee) pulled down. We were ok with this. Expect that you will not drive all the way to the hotel and you will carry your luggage from the parking. We expected it, so it was ok.

Location was great! Near train station, market Spar 1 minute farway. Apartment was absolutely SPLENDID! Livingroom with sea view and crowded walking street ; bedroom in opposite side ,quiet! Conxi was just perfect host! She gaves us beach umbrellas with no cost, many informations daily and also when we request. Price/quality very good! Thanks you Conxi!

Really good location, near the beach and trainstation. Just under the hotel, there is spar (groceries store) where you can get everything you need. Staff was really friendly. Pictures in booking are real. Cleaner came every day we wanted, also brought clean towels. Really good value.

Bed was for me too hard.

Location is very nice, close to the restaurants, supermarket, beach. There are 3 free public parking close to the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. View from the balconies was amazing.

The sofa needs cleaning, it had a smell. The beach is rocky and there is a steep slope close to the shore, which may not be very convenient for children

Short walk to sandy beach under the railway (which runs the length of the coast as far as Badalona). Good size appartment, 4 ring halogen hob. Microwave, kettle, toaster, one saucepan, 1 frypan. Came with dishcloth, sponge and washup liquid, mop bucket, broom and pan, small clothes airer, pegs. Fridgefreezer. Large hotwater tank water very hot served 2 showers easily. Small juliette balcony bedroom and lounge, aircon/heater bedroom and lounge. WIFI very good we used our firestick ok. Staff extremely friendly and helpful and spoke English. Beds comfortable slept well plenty of clean extra blankets. Can hear neighbouring guest but that is same in all Spanish establishments.

The heater/aircon in the bedroom had a bit of a rattle .
