The kindness and flexibility of the staff were outstanding, with special mention to the smiling blonde, curly-haired lady at the reception. The quality of the food was amazing—everything was always fresh and delicious. The rooms are quiet and spacious, and they are cleaned daily. The location is perfect in many ways: close to the beach, the promenade, and local attractions. It’s barely a 5-minute walk to the train station, from which you can reach Barcelona in just over an hour. We will definitely return and stay here again.

Just a small suggestion for improvement: it would be helpful if the names of the dishes were displayed in the restaurant during lunch and dinner times. Sometimes we didn’t know what we were putting on our plates, which isn’t always ideal. That said, I want to stress that every single dish was delicious—at most, you might’ve accidentally chosen something you don’t like because of this

Very friendly and helpful staff, and the food is high-end, the chefs are great and there are a wide range of food at the restaurant. The hotel is very close to the beach.

The cleaning lady doesn’t change the towels, even if we droped it to the floor as a sign that the towels should be replaced. She just fold them and put it to its place as clean ones. We made a little Xs on the towels to be sure that this is her “method”. And unfortunately the X was in the corner. :(

On arrival the reception staff were very welcoming especially Martin who took the time to explain all the activities available in the area . The location was perfect directly across from the beach. The pool and bar staff were also very friendly and even remembered my drink preference. The variety offered at the buffet breakfast and dinner was substantial and the food was excellent. The room was spacious and it's worth getting an upgrade for a balcony room with sea view.

The hotel is close to the station, which is very comfortable for tourists who do not rent a car. I had a very nice, clean room with see view as I had kindly requested. Very friendly atmosfpere, helpfull Staff. Thank you:)

The kettle and tea coffee in the room would be a nice touch

I really enjoyed the location as we were little bit off the touristic area of Santa Susana. And my view was amazing.

I think the breakfasts could have been a bit more "creative". They were not bad at all, but it was always the same. I could use some small novelty.

Great hotel for me in all aspects. Room was comfortable and clean. The staff were great and attentive with a smile at all times. Buffet food had a good choice and was tasty. Thanks to all at the Rosa Nautica for a great holiday I will return.

Only one lift was in operation for the whole of my stay, due the other lift being out of order.

Very quiet area but lovely hotel value for money half board stay. The staff went above and beyond to help me especially as I had problem with my phone.. food really good for 3 star accommodation.

No problems with anything. Except maybe few more English channels on tv. I wasnt well so spent bit time in room but had excellent wifi

really good simple place at a budget. updated room worth the price for sure. very good value for money. good wifi in the room. free parking like 200-300m from hotel (with some luck you will find spot)

booked room with sea view, but it was rather side sea view, which in my opinion shall be indicated. during low season I think hotel can put guest in normal full sea view. Man in restaurant was a bit rude.

The hotel has a great view on the beach, the parking is available for free outside or on the private parking of the hotel for 10e/night The food is delicious The staff are great, the room are renovated and clean I'd love to go back again to this hotel
