great location, the staff is very friendly. The pool area is comfortable and large. great view from the room

the food wasn’t good quality. most of it was undercooked or overdone and low quality cuts of meat and fish. They were not flexible with their dining hours so it made it hard to do anything. The beds are not comfortable, and the pillows are horrible. Also the AC unit does not work well.

All inclusive was fine, there was plenty of food, good choice even for a vegetarian. Nothing fancy but it shouldn't be actually expected ) The restaurant staff are doing great job! The hotel room is ok, not very spacious, but overall fine even for a family with a child. There are two pools, one of them for children. The super close location to the train station from where there are direct trains to Barcelona. It is close to the beach as well.

It would be wonderful if water in the pools is heated. Some parts of the hotel need renovation but nothing critical as per us. We were there in the first week if June - kids room empty, almost no toys and no kids animation respectively.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is right next to the train station with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The beach is on the other side of the tracks. The breakfast was quite good with plenty of options to choose from. The room was comfortable with an efficient air conditioning. The cafe/ bar of the hotel has nice outdoor tables and is really affordable.

The bed was really narrow for two adults to sleep in comfortably.

The hotel is excellent! The people working in the hotel are very kind and pleasant. Breakfast and dinner are varied, buffet style, also excellent and value for money, we didn't need lunch. We got a large room for two people with two double beds and a terrace. The rooms are also cleaned regularly and everything that needs to be changed. The hotel is in an excellent location, 5 meters from the train station and 10 meters from the beach. The bar that is part of the hotel is also great, every or every other night there is a DJ who makes great parties. They also have foosball, pool and table hockey (if that's what it's called), 1e is a chip, which I think is totally okay. All recommendations!! 11 out of 10! P.S. I didn't think to take more pictures of the hotel..:(

The only drawback that didn't matter to us, the water in the pool was cold, but maybe that's because we went at the end of September/beginning of October. And the downside is that you don't get at least juice or another drink with dinner.

The staff was great. Excellent food and location. Fantastic value for the money.

No gym. Our bathroom door opened up to the toilet bowl, so if the toilet was being used and your wife/husband, etc, walked in, the door would hit the person using the toilet.

Carol the animation, she was very nice and kind; food was good; receptionist and director were very kind

The balcony was plenty of poo from the pigeons, Wednesday was not animation for kids, and there were hairs in the bed sheets

The staff was smiling, the food was tasty, the location was nice, near the center and the station

I just don't like the cleanliness. During our 7 days stay the sheets were not changed and the cleanliness was not as it should be 😕

Stuff was very nice, room was spacious and clean, balcony was clean too. Shower was freshly renovated.

You can hear everything outside the room, but it gets quiet after 22. No parking only the public by the station

They renovated the property recently. It’s very close to the railway station, beach, market and good restaurants

There was no soap in the shower. Dint bother me as I had my own! Check in time at 3pm takes up most of the day, which makes it a must to stay at least 2 nights to enjoy a full stay!
