I booked the junior suite for my parents to celebrate my mother's birthday. They had a wonderful time. The facilities were excellent and the staff were very friendly. The pool and spa services were great, My parents enjoyed their massage/face treatments. The hotel has historical parts from the old factory, giving it a nice atmosphere. Nicely decorated, with great views and above all the staff service was incredible and made my parents feel special. So thank you and totally recommend it.

The design of the hotel is commendable, retaining the appearance of the original textile factory as much as possible while cleverly integrating all the functions required by the hotel. Spa and Jacuzzi are excellent. The room design, layout and facilities are very thoughtful. The restaurant is covered with a glass canopy but gives it an outdoor feel, and the dishes are delicious. The hotel staff are sincere, polite and try to be as helpful as possible. I left my items in the hotel and they helped me to courier them to Barcelona.

The place was amazing, calm, and peaceful. the hotel is beautifully decorated. I loved the bed and pillows, very comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and was extraordinary with local food offerings. The spa was also exceptional.

I missed a sauna and a steam room in the spa area, which, for me, is a must when you choose a 5 star hotel spa. However, the spa itself is one of the best I have visited so far.

Rooms and bed are big and comfy. The bathroom has everything you need. The design of the rooms in general is quite beautiful. Silence makes it easy to sleep at night. The staff was helpful and very polite. The restaurant is very good, I definitely recommend booking a dinner or lunch. The pool and SPA was also a good experience. Perfect place to relax. I recommend it.

The Hotel is stunning . An amazing refurbishment of an old building . But every last detail was great . The spa was incredible too . And the outdoor pool looking out over the village .

I guess car parking was the only difficult part but it was Lavender festival weekend so it seemed the whole village was suffering more than normal 7kg

The property is very well equipped and clean. The spa Was clean and spacious. Not crowded but we stay a Friday. The staff was very friendly except the lady at the desk before entering the spa.

The food was not at all at 5 star hotel level.the spa was ok but there was not sauna and the lady to the desk before entering the spa was a bit rude.

Very small menu and similar for lunch and dinner, not leaving too many options for vegan/vegetarians

Very nice and comfortable bed. Spacious room with nice view of the garden. Great breakfast with lot of different and fresh food. We also had dinner at the restaurant and the food was fantastic!

A bit overpriced for what it is.

Breakfast was good. Restaurant service good as well.

Opportunities for improvement. Bar service on the swimming pool, during the all day. Check the soap, Gel and shampoo supply before check in and during the cleaning of the room.
