The hotel is very good for a stay the facilities are great and the staff are very friendly and helpful was a great atmosphere in the hotel the rooms are a little dated but very clean and comfortable. Will stay again ;-)

The people smoking in the entrance to the hotel have a very bad smell in the reception and bar area would be a good idea to build a smokers area but away from the entrance to the hotel. Was the only negative part of the hotel as in made the restaurant part of the hotel smell of cigarettes not nice for breakfast.

The Receptionist & all the staff were very friendly & helpful. Room was good size & a large bathroom with shower. Good amounts of hot water. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Took dinner, good choice of 3 course menu which was very reasonably priced. Breakfast was excellent with a very good selection. Perhaps Brits would miss their cooked breakfast. I enjoyed a large choose & great coffee. I would definitely mark this as an excellent find. Plenty of parking.

Easy parking, booked this hotel as a base to visit Madrid and the centre of Guadalajara. The staff were generally good but all were over worked at times. The saving grace for the hotel was the lady receptionist who spoke English and was exceptionally helpful.

The evening food was basic but this is a budget hotel. Buffet breakfasts were much better but the buffet area became cluttered at busy times.

The bar service was open all hours and very reasonable prices. It's an ok kind of place for one nights stay. Thankfull for the bar across the road that did tapas and food at all times of day.

Beds not that comfortable. Asked for a remote control for the TV and was told that they would bring it to the room shortly......it never arrived 😞. Dirty stains on toilet wall very off putting.

This hotel is undergoing a programme of refurbishment which didn't detract from our enjoyment of it. Although our room was a bit careworn, this was reflected in the price. The hotel has very good parking and it is a relatively short walk to Guadalajara centre. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel could get a bit noisy with the refurbishment.

The staff! The lady at the front desk went above and beyond her duties to help me with a personal matter. Good for a good night sleep while on the road. Clean.

The toilet leaked water. We had to put the towels on the floor. We let the staff know before we left. Adding eggs to the breakfast would be a nice touch.

The only problem was that apparently on the last day of the year everybody closes and so the restaurant was not open for the night and we had to make do with a makeshift meal from a nearby supermarket which was still open. We left very early so there was no breakfast

This was an overnight stop. Lovely welcome from staff on arrival. Very helpful. Dinner service and food was great. Comfortable room. Quiet. Free parking available. Thank you for a great stay.

The first room was unmade up, but the lovely receptionist immediately sorted out a new room. All the staff were lovely and very friendly and the honeycomb at breakfast was amazing as was the coffee.

Could have done with more pillows on the bed, other than that the bed and room was comfortable. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment
