The staff! Breakfast staff are legends. Grub is good. Reception staff are great. Jaime is a top guy always helpful

The bar/cafeteria. Not staffed or stocked well. The poor reception staff have to keep coming back and forth between incoming and outgoing guests to serve thirsty customers. Never any sliced lemon or believe it or not rarely any wine, in a region renowned for fantastic wine 🍷 🤪.

Great location, by the buses that take you to Madrid, Toledo and other locations. Also a 5 or 10 minute walk to the beautiful landmarks. 3rd time we've stayed here.

Prices have gone up and tall gentleman in the evening shift not very friendly or flexible. No coffee machines in the rooms. No coffee in the lobby and breakfast is very expensive for what you get.

Comfortable bed, excellent bathroom facilities. Easy access from the Madrid to Zaragoza motorway. Good breakfast.

The parking signs for the Hotel guest carpark need to be clearer in the underground carpark. We ended up in the staff carpark, got lost and ended up trailing our luggage through the supermarket. We also asked in advance for a quiet room if possible but were put in the middle of the same corridor as a group of the national basketball team players who were in and out of each others' rooms chatting until nearly midnight. So a bit noisier than we had hoped.

The hotel is well located, within walking distance from the town and the sights. Very smart reception area and friendly staff. There is a supermarket just next to the hotel for any essentials. I believe they offer parking at a cost, but we found on street free parking easy to find.

The hotel didn't seem to have any kind of bar or cafe area, except for its main restaurant which was closed when we arrived (it opened later on). Considering the price is higher than most hotels we stayed in while in Spain, and considering how smart the place is, we had expected to find a bar or cafe on site. There is a mini bar in the room, but no tea or coffee making facilities.

Good location, nice breakfast

The town is like the most boring in the world, and the trains to Madrid are always late. Has nothing to do with the hotel, what I mean is there's no point in staying in Guadalajara at all :)

Is very clean, located close to a groceries store, and has free parking next door. All in all, we are repeated guests, as I consider it the best option in Guadalajara.

Breakfast is expensive, considering the local alternatives.

Wish it had a spa in addition to the fitness facility. Also would have been good to have a small balcony.

Modern hotel, close to the highway. An ideal stop for a long trip between Barcelona and Salamanca. Nice spacious bathroom with green faux marble.

No restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was OK at best.

The facilities are a bit dated. We felt that the price was a bit high for the value.

Good value for money considering Madrid can be much more expensive. Simple but comfortable room.
