Great location for wandering around town, centrally placed. We drove across to the Old town area as too far to walk TBH, Staff especially in the morning were friendly and polite

No Parking Inc, no mention on Booking.com to reserve parking as 1 Space is available outside the hotel, otherwise its a 10 minute walk to the nearest and cheapest public parking 10 euro per 24hrs Smokers outside the front and back doors so you could smell whilst entering / leaving and also eating breakfast !

Very warm friendly environment, the staff very helpful but most importantly the room was clean and very quiet. Central location and not far from the main bus terminal and center of Guadalajara. The train station is far but the public bus will take you there. They do have a limited car park agreement with a nearby car park.

The bed mattress is now a bit worn and room a bit small but in general you get what you pay for.

The front receptionists were very helpful and provided recommendations of the city. The hotel is very affordable, considering the location and proximity to the bus station. It’s a perfect stay if you want to see Guadalajara and Madrid. Alsa buses make it easier to commute to Madrid in less than one hour. I would highly recommend this place. Gracias a todos!

Parking outside - but that was just lucky I guess. Extra lucky when we read and translated the signage, as we should have cleared the way before 08:00am and only checked out at 11am!!

Incorrect information about parking outside the hotel. [Never to forget our very expensive experience in Toledo in 2019..our car was towed away with a HUGE fine!!]...thankful that Guadalajara is NOT like Toledo's greedy Ayuntamiento/council/Town Hall.

I've stayed here before. Surprisingly modern, situated on an ancient street. Secure locked parking for my motorcycle. Excellent breakfast. Nice area with bars and restaurants.

If it's your first time staying here, it's not an easy town to navigate through. Lots of one way streets.

Excellent location close to landmarks. Very accomodating staff, as I travelled with my mother and arrived early we were allowed an early check in as well as a late check out the following day. Confortable beds and clean bathrooms. Even breakfast was better than expected according to some comments I have read.

There are parts that could do with a refresh… but the important things Like tbe mattress, pillows and bedclothes were all excellent.

Very good location of the hotel - there is on the center. There is a parking near hotel - the cost is about 9euro. Rooms were really clean, comfortable and well laid out. Friendly staff.

We arrived after midnight and left early in the morning, We enjoyed the helpful staff . the rooms are small but got every thing you need , and it was very clean

Friendly staff, fantastic location, very reasonable price, clean, well maintained property. The bed was really comfortable and the WIFI was very fast and reliable .

The bathroom was quite tight - the shower stall was very difficult to work with, and the toilet was cramped. Also, you can hear people in the other rooms.
