Modern and well equipped hotel, close to freeway to Madrid, good parking. We used the hotel as a convenient location to go to Madrid airport with a hire car after 3 weeks in Spain. It suited our needs, provided an evening meal and a good breakfast. We discovered that while we were alone for dinner, breakfast was packed as all the other knowledgeable Spanish guests knew where the good local restaurants were, and we did not. However the hotel did provide a very good dinner for us. We appreciated the walk in shower as requested

Nothing significant. It does not pretend to be a resort experience but the staff were very helpful and attentive and it met our requirements.

Reception staff Jaime and Carol were excellent and accommodating when having to double up on their roles of check in desk and serving at the bar, Anca in the restaurant is really nice and although the restaurant is dull and sterile she makes it worthwhile going there.

Restaurant as previously mentioned is dull and sterile it would benefit from better mood lighting for evening service. I stayed in room 029 and the wireless charger on one side wasn’t working and continually clicked. Only every two bottles of water in the room fridge regardless of stay, no ironing facilities in room. No tea making facilities

The room was ideal, it was on the top floor (2) and despite being opposite the lift, and reasonably near to a main road, it was very quiet. The beds were lovely and comfortable, and surprisingly (for me) the pillows were comfortable too. The room was large and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Literally just around the corner from the hotel (a minute's walk away) was a lovely restaurant, very busy and full of locals (always a good sign). We didn't stop for food, but the food did look amazing, plus we got a tapa of mini empanadas with our drink. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, plenty of choice to fill us up.

The girl at the check-in (ca. 8pm) was super kind and gave us all the info (about the hotel and city) we needed. We felt very welcome thanks to her kindness. Also the rooms were very comfortable, clean and modern. Location no too far from the main street.

Breakfast was okay but for a hotel in Spain with this kind of rating we expected it to be better (with some more choice). Also during breakfast there were 2 big sport teams at the same time which made it extremely busy and noisy. The hotel should give time slots or do something else for groups this big (over 20 persons) to avoid an overcrowded breakfast room.

Location, bedroom, bathroom, breackfast, staff. The perfect hotel for travelers (we were driving from Andorra back to Portugal. Our wish was finding an hotel close to the highway but in a quiet place) and business man, groups. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. Very cosy, well decorated. Good taste by the way. Good breackfast. Nice staff. Free parking.

The breakfast was exceptional, the variety was just amazing. The bed was very comfortable, we slept like babies. The internet worked very well and also the shower had a good pressure what is vey important for me.

It’s a bit far from the city centre but there’s bus stop just few metres from the hotel. It’s a bit pricy in comparison with the similar types of hotels in Spain. There’s no lounge bar or restaurant open after 23:00.

We had travelled all day from France and were told they had no restaurant that evening so we couldn’t eat. I had booked two weeks earlier, they should have messaged me so I could change the booking. The hotel is very nice but with an elderly husband who is not very mobile, this presented a big problem. We had no food.

A nice hotel, clean and comfortable with great staff, not very far from Madrid airport - perfect if you need to get to Madrid and don't want to sleep there. Great value for money! We had an issue with the AC in the room, and we immediately got a different one with no hassle. It has a bar with draught beer and an OK restaurant.

It's a very comfortable and modern hotel with a car park and we were able to park our motorcycles outside the front where it was all monitored by cameras.

Guadelahara is pleasant with a few old building in the centre, but the city on the whole is modern, so not the most exciting place to stay on holiday (we stopped off there as part of a trip across Spain).

We called off on the way from France to Extremadura, and Guadalajara was a convenient overnight stopping place. Very friendly night manager who spoke excellent English. The bedrooms were large with comfortable beds. Breakfast was superb and well worth the additional amount we paid for it.

We arrived late so could not park in front of the hotel. This meant that we had to walk a long distance several times from the overflow car park in order to empty the car.
