In general, everything was very good - the room and the hotel itself clean and modern. Good price for the quality we received. The heating in the rooms was very good, even better than I expected, as I was afraid to find myself in such a period of time with a poor heating system in a hotel. It was a comfortable stay, and a place you would want to return again.

For the offered price, the breakfast should have been definitely better and more varied. The soundproofing on the floors was really bad, you could hear everything and we were lucky not to have noisy companies around.

Breakfast and all restaurant-related people were awesome. being able to charge the car was great as well, as was the design and presentation of the place. The hotel was not super easy to find, but once found it is a great location.

There were may small issues, mostly in the room, that were a bit annoying: The bathroom door didn't close (sliding door that would slide open by itself, we ended up using tricks to keep it shut) The toliet was misaligned (not obvious, but I have an eye for those things) The toilet also had minor imperfections here and there, as it is was a "b" series bought by the hotel The worst thing was how noisy the AC was during the whole night, maybe something in the room (as the toilet and door issues) but still... The room felt a bit like somebody had decided to cut a lot of corners, the rest of the hotel was great.

It saved our bacon when we were stranded in our hire car short of fuel with no chance to make Soria. They were kindness personified under immense pressure. Our room was fabulous even though we mostly saw it in the dark. Breakfast was great too.

Staff were amazing, really friendly throughout the stay. The location was perfect- just outside of the centre, so it was easy to get around town. Rooms were really clean, comfortable and well laid out. Breakfast was just right- everything you needed before getting on with the day.

Airconditioning in the room was not working well. It was noisy and shuts off if run for long time. but i think it is specific to room that we got

Claudia at the front desk was very hospitable and welcoming. It was a very late arrival and a very early check-out so she checked us both in and out. She helped us getting a charging station for the Tesla. Appreciate it a lot.

Nothing at all

Spacious family room, friendly staff at check-in and at the bar, ample breakfast, easy parking - a good option if you are coming or going from MAD airport in this direction, as the access is an easy 30 min away.

Bed was comfortable.

Room was a little too hot and the air con was not working, possibly because it is February. But opening the balcony door solved the issue.

Too warm in the rooms cause the air wasn't control by individual rooms, but a central air station in the building

The beds are very comfortable and I liked the fact that they left us a bottle of water per person.

The restaurant was closed until the 2nd of September.
