Everything went very well! Ahead of time the staff sent a very detailed text with all the information we could require. The staff for check-in (at the restaurant) was very friendly. It is very convenient to be able to park overnight on the restaurant carpark as there is no parking allowed where the hotel is since it is right smack in the old town. The hotel is very well situated, bars & restaurants are all around. The hotel itself, and the room, are very clean. Beds are comfy, as well as the bathroom. Tea/coffee facilities as well as self-help breakfast were very handy, not to mention dining-room and fridge and dishwasher!

We loved everything. It was perfect. Everything was awesome.

The apartment had a nice shared kitchen with cornflakes, packaged croissants and coffee for a help yourself breakfast. My partner really appreciated the oat milk due to her lactose intolerance. The location was overlooking a city square. The owners let us store our bikes at their restaurant. Their restaurant has a good value menu del día.

As it’s in the city centre you may want ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

The room and the public area was very clean. The location was excellent. Very easy checkout, no need to contact anyone.

The hours of check-in and check-out as specified on booking.com did not match with the ones communicated by the host. The shower did not have any curtain, almost impossible to keep the floor dry. The breakfast was really poor.

We were not able to sleep there because the lady did not pick the phone during several hours even though she was very well aware that we were coming!!!! We did not manage to get keys (restaurant closed, 1 phone nr switched off on another nobody was replying). The owner called us only at 1 AM back at night. I would never ever recommend to anybody!
