Galicean Hawaii - I stayed 42 nights in this gem. Yes, 42 nights :). Booked it for 1 week and kept renewing until checking-out 1.5 months later (4July -15Aug). More than a hostel, purely home away from home. The horizon beach view while cooking my dinners, the outdoor terraces, the unbeatable beach proximity, the free breakfast and the weekly yoga & daily surf lessons, the welcoming and social atmosphere and mostly the staff becoming family vibes.....created in me a stay I will always treasure.A true paradise where time stops or slows down, sunset take ages and everyone that I met (guests, pilgrims & surf campers), felt disconnected from their city-reality and in a few days inmerse into the peacefulness of Andres hostel. Highly recommend it

There is no perfect hotel, Airbnb or hostel...all of them have advantages and disadvantages..... The perfect accomodation is the one you are able to adapt, connect socially and disconnect in time and space to finally immerse into "vacation mode". Despite of this hostel disadvantages, the unbeatable advantages compensate waaaay to much your overall satisfaction. Pura vida! Thank you lovely staff for been there for me, coming back next Summer! It is next to the beach, which is very quiet many spots where to stay. There is a big garden in the hostel and lot of spots, we enjoy the barbecue. There are several surf table to rent and free basketball and ping pong table to play ☺️

Great price for a place to sleep and cook some food. Stones trow away from the sea. Beautiful view.

Don't expect any luxury. It's rickety/work in progress. Not all beds are the same size (mine was 180cm, while I'm 185; the bed next to me was 2m). If there's more people staying there, the door to the dorms can't be closed (it only has handle on the inside).

Andre, the hostel manager is a genuinely good guy who does his best to help his customers no matter what. Best host i've ever met. Aloha and peace brother! ❤️✌️

Don't expect luxuries, however, it is better than Ibiza in the 70s. Beautiful and healthy people all around. The best beaches in Spain are at the door of the hostel. It was a pity I couldn't stay longer (it was fully booked...). Highly recommendable.

The staff and the location was amazing. Andres created a good atmosphere between the guests and he is very good surfer.

Some parts of the house need a renovation

Unfortunately, I only stayed at the hostel for one night. It was better to spend a few days here. Very nice place with great views. Located on the ocean. Good kitchen. Very pleased with the breakfast! Good WIFI.

Our host Andre was great! He made sure we were well settled and helped with every bit of the info we needed... We would have LOVED to stay back another day, but time was a luxury..we hope t be back. This pace has the BEST sunset we have ever seen in 6 Continents... of course, something better was on my visit to Antarctica, and so no complaints...
