The room was great, had a very decent size, was clean and had a tub in the bathroom. We had a window facing the parking lot and it had manual blinds which is just perfect to keep the light out of the room. The breakfast was also decent, had a lot of good options. We didn't have time to try the spa but from the pictures it looked really nice.

The only thing they need to improve on is the sound because we could hear any time someone passed the hallway and there was also a really squeaky door. Fortunately the hotel was pretty calm so it didn't bother us so much but I can imagine that during the summer or when the hotel is busy it would be a problem.

Amazing Spa experience, some of the comments said the room was a bit dated but we found it extremely cozy and very homey. The food was good and right next to the bus stop from Madrid. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, I definitely would recommend it! We felt so comfortable in the room & common areas & the surrounding courtyards were beautiful. Just a recommendation for the spa: remember to bring a swimsuit, cap, and "swim socks", but if you forget them they can all be purchased on-site for a good price and they are good quality memorabilia! :)

There was not much mixture in the menu selection between the two days we were there; though a whole bottle of wine was included and it was filling. Additionally, while the spa had a great variety, we wish that there was a bath that was actually hot rather than just cold & lukewarm/warm bath options. But still so worth it!

There was super nice personal, even those who doesn’t speak english, was nice and responsive. The breakfast was 10 out of 10.

There only some of the personal thalek english, it was a bit difficult to comunicate. There was spa with pool, but saldy for us, it closed early. In the room was smoke alarm and the red light of it a bit disturbed our sleep. Also we could hear the room next to us and when other guests exit their room and close apartments door.

The property is really beautiful, with nice gardens and fountains, and also functional indoor spaces. The room was very large, equipped with big closets and a nice bathroom, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I attended a wedding here. The decorations were sweet, the food (cocktail style) was really tasty and the personnel were very helpful and nice at all times. I did not have a chance to try the Spa but I heard good things about it from other guests. Probably the best hotel in the area, yet this is not a very popular area unless you're attending a wedding here or specifically around for other reasons.

There's nothing in the surroundings so even going for a walk outside the facilities feels a bit odd. The high variety of options at the breakfast buffet contrasted with the arrangement in a small room; the food displayed on tables along one of the walls leaves little room for manouver; and there were some isolated stations with warm food, however not clearly identified in the corners so it's actually hard get a clear understanding of the options.

The staff was friendly and checking in was super easy. Free parking available on site. The showers are amazing.

The beds were comfortable, however they stood on wheels and that was a bit tricky. They would move around whenever you sat down. The pillows were not great. I ordered some toast from the bar, and it wasn't very good.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms. Half an hour to Madrid/half an hour to Toledo - great access to both locations without the city crowds! Easy parking, fresh air, and a very peaceful/safe location.

Smelled like someone had smoked in the room when we first got there - it was fine after we aired it out. Caution: the water in the shower gets VERY hot very fast. It's great, just a note to make adjustments with caution. Lol.

The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The car park was secure and the hotel was located within 12 minutes walking distance into Carranque.

It’s just a bit too far out of Madrid and there aren’t enough restaurants nearby. The breakfast was very average and served in a room that wasn’t that nice.

The spa was nice and the room was spacious. The staff is friendly.

The furniture and decorations were not what I was expecting from a 4 star hotel. They looked a bit old and rustic. Difficult to park inside the hotel but there is space nearby

The room that we had was showing signs of age with crack in the ceiling and some paper missing from the ceiling which made the otherwise nice room look scruffy

It was great time staying at this hotel. I’d highly recommend it. Everything very well organized, welcoming staff, amazing breakfast, and the hotel itself is beautiful ( with an excellent garden and Spa )
