Pre-check in didn't work either time, so we had to ring for the door and garage codes. The second time we stayed they sent us the same codes as the first time, and they didn't work so we had to ring again. We also had to ring to get the car back out of the garage!! That said, they answered the phone promptly and helped us out immediately. Very good staff, but not so 'smart' hotel! The room was good - clean, comfortable and warm - very good value for the price, but the area it's in isn't so nice.

Easy access from motorway clean throughout well equipped comfortable bed allowed our small dog great stop over travelling to Spain.

The entry took a long time with no instructions to enter nobody answered the phone and it kept hanging up this went on for 20 minutes some other people who were Spanish were also having problems getting in the car park bell did not answer luckily some other guests had entry as the doors would not open it was in a sensor and if you are not in the right spot the doors stayed closed they showed us what to do once able to access the hotel the touch screen worked with a camera and a receptionist. This really needs explaining to guests before arrival.

Great location, very large room (109) and super clean. The entrance and exit system with the codes is a bit bothersome but once you memorise your code it's easy. Pets allowed, cheap parking. Also vending machines in reception. No staff at any time but you can buzz them and someone answers immediately. Overall a very good choice and would repeat

It was very quiet and clean!

None of the codes would work and we had to go back and forth from the room to the virtual agent as the bell at the room wasn't working either. The woman was a great help and finally had to open the door virtually for us. Which was awesome!!

The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Also the 24h virtual reception was very helpful.

The bathroom door didn't lock properly

Location view size of room plug sockets and facilities in room were all good and very modern

The car park access in and out bit tight and checkin in over phone we would have preferred like other hotels to have sent passports by email to avoid delay

Location, room size although they do vary depending on which room you get. Very clean, good in room facilities and quiet.

The hotel didn't send the code to access property after booking. I was forced to stay before closed door and wait for the help of the guests who already was inside the lobby. And other guests met the same problem 🙄

Nice little stop over with secure parking, town was nice the telepizza was good for a quick bite. Rooms adequate & dog friendly

No staff whatsoever & €17.50 per night for a dog.
