Location was perfect and staff were friendly and helpful.

They charge you for parking which I feel shouldn’t happen when you’re paying up to +100€ per night.

The breakfast was excellent as I thought that it would be a continental one so I was surprised that it was a self service full English one.

The evening meal was excellent in what was available again as self service. However it was not always as hot as I would have liked. I usually went in at about 20.10 and some of the food was only lukewarm. I learned to avoid the chips and went for potatoes instead. This was a slight disappointment. The TV was advertised as International but it was only some the news channels that were in English.

Very modern , clean and spacious with very nice staff. Large balcony and fridge in the room. Nice pool and lounge area. Excellent shower.

Tea and coffee making facilities would have been appreciated. I love a bath but appreciate most people prefer showers.

Good food (for a buffet). Spacious room and a nice big balcony. Easy parking. Whole area was getting quiet by mid October. Weather was still good so nice time for a holiday.

Like many Spanish buildings the soundproofing between rooms could be better. The hotel was generally quiet and we only had neighbours on one side so it was never a problem.

The hotel was very clean. Our room had a small balcony and 2 Juliet balconies with great sea views from all of them. The room was very large and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast quality and choice was very good. Evening meal was buffet and there was a good choice. Bar prices were very fair - normal bar prices. Easy, free parking on the roads.

We would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but thats quite rare in Spanish hotels anyway. The shower temperature fluctuated but we didn't mention it as only there for one night.

The location is excellent, at the start of the La Manga strip and very close to an excellent beach. Close to the great city of Cartagena. The pool area is good. The cafe bar is also good.

The only issue we had was that the buffet dinner was disappointing. The salad was good but the hot food was quite poor, not a good selection and sometimes cold.

We liked absolutely everything (location, facility, restaurant) except the parking.

The parking is located behind the hotel so to get in, you have to go quite far. The overhead door was open when we got in, and open when we left. Inside, was quite hard to navigate because the pillars are quite close.

Location was very convenient. We booked room plus two meals, good was good, wide variety and healthy options for every taste

One of the reasons that I booked this hotel was because its suppose to have parking available at the facility. When we arrive its was full, no parking available. There is not city parking either in the area. It was a nightmare

Everything about the place. The rooms were very clean and the shower was first class. Booked for breakfast and evening meal which were both very well catered for. Also the entertainment three times a week was a bit of craic.

Would have liked a kettle in our room. We ended up buying one. Also the noise of the traffic was a bit much but we were at the front of the hotel and had a sea view so it couldn't be helped.
