Easy check-in, with helpful and friendly staff member on reception desk. The property's in a quiet, residential neighbourhood within easy walking distance of the beach and also bars and restaurants. A bus stop directly outside the property is useful, with a service that runs regularly and on time, or if preferred the staff will organise taxis. The kitchen is equipped with the basics, but met most of our needs; the beds, (two singles), were large and both comfortable. The bathroom was clean, the shower responsive.

For the five days we stayed there the property served its purpose.

Excellent value for the location of the property. Clean and nicely appointed. The property itself had green spaces and a delightful pool. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool and garden, perfect for breakfast and afternoon drinks. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice, but did not speak English. I got the sense that the entire town is more oriented towards Spanish speakers than international travelers. The hotel was 3 (European blocks) away from one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen in Europe. Also the property was within easy walking distance (5 to 10 minutes) of numerous restaurants and coffee shops.

The room and bathroom were on the small side. Although everything was very clean and well kept, it was a bit spartan. We stayed for 2 nights and it worked, and I would return for a short stay again. If I was planning a week long vacation, I would look for a different property in the area.

well located in a residential area full of hotels and tourist accommodations. Only stayed one night before flying off. it's conveniently located near the airport while still having a pleasant surrounding. Ground floor room, the streets are mostly quiet with few cars, but with the occasional loud groups of people walking back late from a night out.

we arrived before the official closing time to pick up our keys but the receptionist had closed early and had sent us a message through the app which we didn't see. Luckily we saw him as he was leaving and he told us about the message and where the sister hotel was to check-in after hours. It was only a 5 mins drive which we could do since we had a rental car, but I can only imagine the annoyance and inconvenience caused to those coming by taxi or foot.

The flat is well equipped and all the rooms have more than enough space. We didn't use the pool but it was very clean and well equipped. Also, the check-in was fast and the employee was nice and kind. You have buses to and from Barcelona right outside the building (2,5€ for those who are travelling for the first time) and it's an 8 min car ride from the train station, so although is very far from the center, you can get there easily.

The bed was not it. The only not positive aspect I have about the whole flat. The bed did a lot, trust me when I say A LOT of noise and I woke up many times during the night with the sound of it at every slight move - I was sleeping alone on it. Also the AC, we couldn't change it to one room only, to have the living room decent, the bedroom was freezing.

Good apartment, fully compliant with description on Booking. Buses to Barcelona Sants and Castelldefels station stop right on the doorstep. The beach is within 500 m. Groceries stores, however, are somewhat far away. Carrefour and Lidl are in about 1.5 km. A lot of cafes and restaurants in Passeig Maritim, some 10 min away.

Room service uses some caustic chemicals for cleaning. The smell is quite noticeable.

We loved the pool and the view of the mountains. The bed was very comfortable. We slept soundly 😊

It is possible to add a stand for children near the washbasin. So that the little residents can wash their hands on their own

Nice hotel, settled in a 1-bedroom apartment, windows and a balcony with access to the pool, which I really liked. Very convenient for a couple. The air conditioner worked well. There are blackout curtains on the windows. Excellent quality linen, comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen, large refrigerator. The beach is 5-7 minutes walk. To a large supermarket 10-12 minutes. The range is excellent. Very polite and helpful staff, both Iban and other employees offered help, allowed to stay on the day of departure, for which special thanks. Cleaning was done very well. It may be possible to organize cleaning of rooms more than once a week, but for example once every 5 days. But it didn't bother me. Just as a wish.

From the moment we arrived earlier than the check-in time until the moment we left, we felt extremely welcomed by the staff and particularly Jose Maria. Nothing was too much trouble. The location to the sea, restaurants and bus is brilliant and the actual room amenities great. Will definitely be back if we're in the area again and feel very confident to recommend this accommodation.

Loved the pool-view room and the balcony ☺ The pool and the garden are amazing, well kept and quiet. Wifi was decent and easily accessible. Aircon was good, if it doesn't work just make sure your screen door to the balcony is properly locked! Common areas nice and fresh in July

The beds are quite squeaky, but nonetheless comfortable. The reception shuts at some point in the afternoon and late check-ins need to go to the sister hotel... it's not far at all but yes, a bit annoying. I'm sure I received an email that mentioned it but it must have not read it.

For us, everything was great. We stayed for 5 days, and in that time, everything was excellent. Bus station for Barcelona is right across the street. Beautiful beach is one street away. All and all, great experience, thank you

Not a big problem, but there should be some small divider in shower, as the water can easily spill on the bathroom floor.
