The location is great — the beach, coffee places and bakeries are just around the corner. Our room was upstairs, very spacious, and had a terrace. The place is stylish, the kitchen is roomy, and it seems to have everything you’d need for basic use. The Rituals toiletries are a nice touch and smell great. We stayed for 3 weeks, and when we ran out of supplies, unfortunately no one checked if we needed anything replenished. Window blackout shades really help!

The block feels a bit sketchy in the evenings, but all the cafes are within a 1-minute walk, and that’s where the evening action is. Street vendors set up right outside (lots of mess and occasional police presence), and the bars stay open and loud until 3–4 a.m. on weekends. With windows closed and shades down, it’s tolerable. The downstairs entrance door lock doesn’t work, which feels a bit unsafe at night, especially If you are on the first floor

I recently stayed at Balisse 7 apartment and couldn't be happier with my experience. The space was impeccably clean, modern, and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere. The location was ideal, situated in Castedefells Beach area close to the beach, restaurants, and public transport. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing for easy meal prep, and the living area was comfortable and inviting. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure our stay was seamless. Overall, this apartment is a gem – perfect for a relaxing getaway or an extended stay!

The apartment was modern and stylish, as pictured, location was great. Also, electronic locks were pretty cool - we didn’t even use the key, very convenient. Location was also amazing- few steps away from the bus stop, grocery stores,restaurants and the beach. At the end when we checked out and had 5 hours before our flight, we used the luggage storage at the property, so we were worry free about our bags and spent this time on the beach!

Some tiny details like sofa mattress was covered with body fluid stains. There was a dust on the shelves and dirt in the bathroom corners. No replacement of the towels and toilet paper.

Very comfortable and spacious studio. Location near the beach. Has everything you need: kettle, extra towels, washing machine. Very pleased with the set from Rituals brand: soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotions. Staff responds to messages quickly. Recommend for booking

Heater didn’t work but they provided radiator. There were small insects in the bathroom. The soundproofing is very poor, you can even hear your neighbors talking

Very nice appartement really closed to the beach (2 minutes). The bus stop of the bus from Barcelona is 1 minute far from the appartement. It is closed to the Airport El Prat (taxi less than 30 EUR). Opposite to the place is a shop, all around many good restaurants. The appartement is very well equipped and the communication via messages works well. We enjoyed the stay very much and would come again.

Very modern and trendy it has everything you need really.

A bit on the small side for a family the pictures don’t make it clear there isn’t a separate bedroom.

Location. Friendly and responsive staff (they replaced our cloth hanger as the one in the property was broken). Air conditioner had a leak, they change the vent but we still had some drops falling. Nothing too bad for a week stay, but that must be fixed for the coming visitors.

Not something bad in itself, but the bathroom location was funny. We had to go through it to get to the bedroom. Not difficult for us as we were a family, but two couples using the property would feel weird probably.

Great Location . Cozy apartment next to beach. Half hour ride by train to Barcelona city center (same zone so jump card with zone 1 works). Clean apartmemt with all basic facilities.Care lady (Bea) was very freindly and always available for help/ Queries on phone/whatsapp.

The appartment is dark and lacks ventilation in the bathroom. The mattress for the sofa bed was a bit thin.

The location, the city and the whole apartment was so cute and cozy, perfect for a family.

The bed-sofa was a little desgasted and after a few nights became lightly uncomfortable, but that would be just it. Everything else was perfect.
