The apartment was very comfortable and well organized, the small kitchen is very useful, it had everything: big fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The neighborhood is nice and quite. It was easy to get to Barcelona center by light rail or by car. We used a private underground parking which was a great addition for a small price.

The walls are quite thin and one night we were bothered by noisy neighbors, but in general if people respect quite hours, there’s no problem. Also worth mentioning that the apartment is a bit dated and has the smell of old hotel, but it’s a minor issue for an overall very comfortable stay.

Location- there is bus station, supermarket and beach nearby. Kitchen with everything what you may need. Good price. Very good comunication.

Shower needs fixing. It would be nice to get extra towels, because you have the same towel for whole staying time.

Cute little apartment with all the essentials. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. There are private courtyards front and back on this ground floor apartment so you can always catch the sun. The pool was gorgeous, but we didn’t swim (late Nov stay, it’s too cold). The beach is a short walk away, we loved visiting it. The area is very peaceful, we felt safe walking around.

The shower is a bit awkward due to size and fixed shower head. The apartment is cozy - not enough room to put our suitcases in the bedrooms so they took up the lounge room floor. Would have loved a smart TV for streaming. Could hear the noisy upstairs neighbours above shouting at each other at 2am - not the host’s fault, though I guess soundproofing could reduce the noise transfer.

The apartments were clean and cozy. The patio was amazing.

Strange neighbors who decided to record us without any warning and consent. Since me and my friends had a bachelorette party we had a small celebration at the patio in the evening. Without any warnings, the neighbor who lived above started to film us. That absolutely ruined the evening and was creepy enough. Later we understood he did that to complain on us because of noise. The simple warning would've been enough. We didn't want to spoil the mood and didn't complain in return on recoding without consent. However, it left unpleasant impression.

The size of the apartment was great. The kids loved the bunk beds! It was a great location... close to the airport and not too far from Barcelona centre. We cooked a lovely dinner.... everything that we needed was in the kitchen... they even provided some dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets and spare bin bags and cloths. It was very close to a supermarket. The area felt very residential and quiet. They were generous with the soap and shampoo etc in the bathroom too!

Some of the tiles were cracked on the floor of the apartment so we had to keep our shoes on.

"Excellent stay at velor Apartment . It's a small, cute,clean apartment with a fantastic staff. They went above and beyond to help me with language barriers. This is a little far from Barcelona main city but my purpose of staying close to the airport was met so I am happy with that. The apartment was very clean and was furnished with all essential items in the kitchen and in bathrooms. Good storage for luggage and lockers available. Has a small , cute park which kids would enjoy.

The second bedroom had bunk beds , although it was an attraction for the kids but if adults or seniors are there then it is of less use comparatively. The bathroom was big but the bath area was very small.

The unit was very well appointed and the space was lovely. We were lucky enough to have a bottom floor unit with two terraces which made the unit even more spacious. The childrens playroom near the pool was well stocked with toys and my daughter had loads of fun! The pool area is fantastic and just a few steps from the unit.

The cupboard door for teh rubbish bin and dishwasher are very close together, which made it diffcult to open either door often when closing the cupboard door, you would switch on or off the dishwasher.

Utilitarian in a good way. You got everything you need for a comfy holiday. . There is enough to do around if you dont want to get down to the beach.Table tennis table football clean pool sunbeds. Was clean.

The doors cant be locked to prevent small kids from getting out. Its lockable but not with a key so small kids can get out. It looks its close to the beach but theres a 4 lane rd between you and the beach which you can only cross on a bridge, makes the journey much longer.

Nice apartment for very good value. Lots of amenities were included, such as washing machine, pool, dishwasher, etc. The two story apartments were nice for people in our group to have their own space.

We were here during the 4/28 Spain electricity blackout, and the reception folks were not very empathetic or accommodating. For example, we had some friends that were going to be stranded here in Castelldefels, and the front desk folks wouldn't even consider letting them crash with us for the night.

The apartment was nice, well equipped and clean. The swimming pool was great and they have a nice playground in the front for kids (it includes a slide). The staff were nice and helpful. The WiFi in the apartment worked well and the windows allow for heat and noise isolation.

The back yard playground (close to the swimming pool) for kids was quite overlooked, with old and out-of-maintenance toys that were not useful to play any more (many were plainly broken). That space was supposed to be an in-door playground but it was actually outdoor and the indoor space was tiny and too hot to be used in a summer day.
