Location is perfect. Hot water worked well.

The shower was small and uncormfortable. Furniture was fragile. Matress should be changed. This place could use some maintenance overall.

The staff was quite friendly.

The air conditioner was noisy. One of the bath towels was torn. The property requested that we make minimal noise after 9.30 or 10 pm. However, we could not sleep because there were people speaking loudly.

Dirty mattress and the cleaning woman didn’t clean the room daily as it should have been done. The fridge didn’t work, it was only turning on the lights but it didn’t work at all. Some floor tiles were broken in the toilet . and the terrace was dirty. Tv With no WiFi + the WiFi didn’t work well it was too slow.

The food in the restaurant below was excellent!

No hot water in the showers in our room or in our friends room. Very disappointing, especially as the temperature that day was freezing. We ended up having no shower
