We had a really nice stay at Silken Alfonso. This hotel is located in the center, in front of the hotel there is a street with a lot of clothing shops. Our room was really big and clean. We had a balcony too. It was the best hotel for its value that i have ever been. If i come back ever to Ciudad real, i will come back to this hotel definetly!!!! Thank youu!!!

Used as stop over on motorcycle tour. No facilities used. city not visited. Good shops close by. Parking underground, secure and perfect for motorcycle security. I use this hotel when riding to uk from Malaga, and back. I was allowed to check in and use my room from 1pm, one hour early.

I always worry that a room mini safe might devour my valuables. Having locked the safe with my usual code it failed re-open. The provision by security of chubb key resolved the matter.

Staff were amazing, One evening we went to a friends place just outside Cuidad Real and planned to walk back - but it started to rain heavily. We couldn’t get an Uber, we don’t speak Spanish to phone a radio taxi. I called reception and they ordered a taxi for us, checked that the taxi arrived and we were Ok. That is over and above normal service.

The property was in an excellent location right on a pedestrian mall that led directly to the main square with loads of restaurant and shopping options. The room was spacious and well equipped, we love that we could open the window for fresh air and the bed was super comfortable. The basement parking for our motorbikes was excellent.

No complaints from us at all.

Location, high quality fit-out, large room, well-fitted out bathroom, good breakfast, helpful staff and incredibly good value for money.

Not the hotel's fault: the recommended secure parking at Plaza Mayor was very difficult for non-local people to find owing to roadworks and a diversion with poor signage.

Excelent Location!! Walking distance to everything. On the pedestrian road, so cute, shopping stores and tapa places all over.

Parking. It was tricky to find and tricky to get in and out. And... I mean... it's the hotel's parking space, why on earth would they charge extra for parking IN the hotel...?!

Comfortable modern hotel located next to the central square. Excellent value for money.

The hotel's parking was under refurbishment, therefore not available. We had to park in the public parking underneath the central square, which was probably more expensive.

Great location next to the plaza mayor (many cafes and restaurants around). Friendly staff. Spacious rooms with a proper balcony. Facilities were excellent.

Water takes a long time to get warm in the shower. Limited but good breakfast

very nice location, all good. We stayed for 2 nights, including New Year's Eve. The room was big enough, wifi working well.

Quite noisy and intense heating, so it was "on and off", but eventually good temperature was established for the night and then no problems.

The location was excellent and the size of the room was great. Free safe, lovely fluffy towels and bathrobe.

They had run out of shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, but not a big thing as I always take my own. The carpets in the communal areas are starting to show signs of age. A bit threadbare in places.
