The hotel is in a beautiful location, on a stretch of coast where the difference between the loess walls and the fairly high tides gives a very special experience. It really is outstanding. The sunsets are stunning, the sunrises also give wonderful reflections. The garden is airy, lovely, tasteful, taking advantage of the great location. As we didn't come for a swim, but for an excursion, we didn't try the pools. But they were clean and pleasantly situated. The hotel is not dated, it has a fresh feel, the different rooms are nicely separated. The restaurant was not crowded. Dinner is to be commended, we have been in many hotels of a similar category, but the cuisine of this one is definitely among the very best! The choice is not too wide, just right, but the flavour is not average at all, there was always something extra along the different themes. The dessert section is 10 points, outstanding among 4 star hotels. The breakfast does not have the same variety, but there were always fresh products and not the dozen cold cuts, but also more special meats and cheeses. Also grilled meats and fresh egg varieties. It was good, really good. The rooms are nice, the view here is very nice. The furniture is not up to date, but it's not worn out and the overall effect is good. The staff are friendly, direct and helpful. Especially the general staff (reception, programmes). Some of the older waiters were a bit grumpy, but not yet annoyingly so. The wifi is good, the parking is free.

The mattress is very soft (not everyone will like that), but still ok. We have only one specific complaint: unfortunately here - as in many other places - there are only large pillows, no thin ones. We had the spare blanket folded to fit us.

We spent lovely week in this beautiful hotel . It is located at the suburbs of Conil , on a cliff , so you need to take smal stairs to go down to the beach . Beach is great , very clean, spacious,  with a lot of place for everybody and great sunsets. It is quite empty , and fills in only at weekends. Hotel stuff ist super friendly and smiling a lot , we felt us there very welcome . There is indoor pool with whirlpool, sauna , gym and two outdoor pools . For kids not so much stuff ( we were at low season and guest were mostly elderly ) , but still there is small playground , volleyball, tennis , ping-pong, games to borrow and a lot of great nature ! In restaurant was every day very tasty , especially fish and seafood !! At evening it was some concerts , with beautiful music! There are some restaurants around and a beach bar and also small supermarket. But it is better to rent a car , there are so much beatiful places to explore ! We will definitely come back !

We loved everything! ALL OF THE STAFF. Everyone was accommodating and welcoming, most especially the people from the reception. (I can’t name them one by one but they’re all amazing) SEA VIEW ROOM. The scenery was amazing. If you’re thinking to book a Sea view, book it! definitely worth it!) The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. MATTRESS AND PILLOWS. This is one of the reason why we extended for another day. We had the best sleep because of their high quality mattress and pillows. I was astonished that they even have a pillow menu 🙌🏻 BREAKFAST/DINNER BUFFET This is something you shouldn’t miss. They have such wonderful food selection and they are all delicious!

Best staff I have ever experienced in a hotel. I was really impressed. They really treat all clients excellent. The location is also excellent. A little bit outside of town but beachfront in top of the beautiful cliffs and the beach just underneath. Impressively beautiful place. Further, the hotel is not too big. Great for relaxing with space for all the guests, be it at the beach or by the pool or gardens. Breakfast also excellent. And last but not least, the buffet dinner was surprisingly good value as well.

The team make you feel so comfortable from the moment you arrive, this is particularly important for a solo traveller. The wellness centre. The massages that Raquel gave.....my goodness, she is super trained. The special touches from house keeping. Thanks Carmen for my birthday rememberance cookies & chocs. Breakfast buffet excellent. Great 6 km walk from the hotel over the cliffs. ( find mine on the walking app) Beach just beautiful Will be back x

Beautiful hotel, beautiful views of the beach, great beach and swimming pool. The rooms are clean and have a terrace. The food in the buffet (breakfast and dinner) is delicious. My son turned 6 and they gave us a great breakfast experience and also decorated the bed and gave him chocolates and small present

Kindness of the staff. They always did a little extra to make me feel happy.

The clients coughing all over the breakfast. The lift a bit dirty. Older demographic. I felt lots of them were ill. Regularly filling antibacterial is good. And put covers over food. To prevent Covid maybe.

Fabulous hotel. Great location, extremely clean, buffet breakfast and dinner was excellent, staff excellent. We arrived at about 6 pm and given an upgrade to an amazing room at one end of the hotel, so we had stunning views, especially of the sunsets and an extra large terrace. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great again! The beach, the view, the staff, the breakfast, the location, etc. It's the second time I am staying in this hotel. But this year, I was with my baby. I will definitely consider a longer visit for the next one. It was too short.

It would be nice to have a little broom or something to remove the beach sand sometimes in the room. But it's not a big issue and I could maybe have asked the staff.

Lack of attraction possibilities in the facility. That part of the beach has no bar/restaurants nearby, you have to walk through the beach for half an hour to find a place. We were there in the beginning of October, it was full of people with higher ages, which didn't suit people at around our ages 30-40.
