We met the owner and she was very nice to talk with. She works in the kitchen and explained she has won awards for her restaurant. The breakfast is excellent and we recommend booking bed and breakfast.

The room was fine however there is obvious repairs required for the bathroom sink tap and basic maintenance in room 109.

The staff were exceptionally lovely, they had no problems in sending a shirt we accidentally left in the wardrobe to our home, they went out of their way to be helpful and even followed up with a phone call to see if the package had arrived. The room was clean and tidy and it has a lovely downstairs patio-restaurant full of plants and kind staff.

Everything was fine. I've stayed 2 nights only and wasn't spending much time in the room. The room was very clean, the bed was comfy, and the wifi was working well. Bathroom had shower, (no issues with warm water) and was equiped with basics (hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo even a comb) and was also clean. Private parking for additional fee is available ca. 50 m. from the hotel.

We were looking forward to eating at their restaurant but as we stayed on a Sunday, we had not been advised that it would be closed. Also as we stayed out of main season they did not supply breakfast. Lacking in information.

The room was spotless and comfortable with a small balcony in the bedroom and another one for the ensuite both looking out onto a main road but with windows and shutters to keep the light and noise out when needed. The location is excellent for access to restaurants, bars, shops and the old town. One "secret" bonus is the hotel's roof terrace on the third floor, accessible for all residents. It had sun recliners, tables and chairs, and lovely views of the sea, river, town rooftops, hills and plains. Another bonus is the restaurant, which is really busy with locals especially at lunch time - always a good sign - and where we had a pleasant dinner.

The water pressure is a bit irregular but you have to expect that in an old Spanish building.

Excellent Location, great staff who were very friendly and helpful, good breakfast and excellent coffee. Nice roof terrace on which to enjoy a glass of wine in the sun.

Rooms were small(ish) and bathrooms were basic (but very clean). Parking is available but comes as a separate cost and like most Spanish towns it is very difficult to park anywhere else locally. So make sure you have reserved a parking space.

Really good value for money, very comfortable room and the bed, staff was super helpful and attentive, they helped with everything I needed. Good breakfast, super nice terrace upstairs. Really recommend this place.

Good clean hotel with an excellent restaurant. Central location in Conil town rather than by the beach.

Maybe a bit far uphill from the beach if you are carrying a beach umbrella and chairs. Not much parking nearby.

The hotel has a family atmosphere. The breakfasts are very good. The rooms are comfortable and the location is great. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is very important in this location. In addition, it has a large terrace with a beautiful view of the city and the ocean. The owner is a fantastic person.

The room was very clean and there was plenty of room. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was powerful. All the staff were nice and friendly and the breakfast was good value for money. I couldn’t have expected any more for the price I paid.
