Location and room were excellent. Reception staff were extremely attentive. The female receptionist kindly gave me a needle and cotton to mend my hat. Pool was delightful and the lifeguard was very good at all times.

There is a beautiful patio in the centre of the buildings which is completely spoiled by continuous beat and pop music. Really not necessary. In previous visits this was a place of peace and tranquillity. The evening restaurant staff need to pay more attention to their guests.

The style of the decoration in the room and the style and layout of the building with the restaurant in the court yard. Reception staff super friendly, pool and garden very nice, place surrounded by trees and green. Delicious food in restaurant with good service.

Being charged 10 euro a night for a cot seems harsh. All other hotels do not charge for this.

We had a very spacious, comfortable room (we were fortunate to be upgraded). The staff were very helpful. We ate at the restaurant for dinner (due to the location that was the easiest option), and the food was very good. It was nice to stay close to Cuenca, but away from the tight old town area.

The location was exceptional so quiet and spectacular the rooms were very good and the decor around hotel perfectly in keeping with the hotel the pool was glorious too very good price

Beds were too hard for me personally but still slept well coffee great tea not so 😂

Good sized comfortable room. WiFi good. Easy parking on site. Location excellent in tranquil surroundings and yet very close to Cuenca, which has a beautiful Old Town. Good base for walking or cycling.

Dinner in the restaurant was very disappointing. We also found it irritating that we paid Euros 74 per night for a room being sold at Euros 55 per night during our stay.

VERY cool building - former college dormitory - lots of character. Excellent staff and location to walk within old town Cuenca. Very scenic spot. Would definitely stay there again. Quiet and safe area.

The restaurant has extremely high ratings, normally I would venture out but decided to have dinner there based on reviews. The food was just ok. The fish dish had a sweet strawberry sauce on top that seemed out of place for dinner. The local dessert was delicious!

The staff were friendly & helpful. The outdoor swimming pool was very welcome after a long day travelling & it had a life guard, so was safe for families. The restaurant was beautiful, the food was delicious & the price was reasonable.

Hotel was beyond our expectations for sure. It's surrounded by greenery from all sides, the building is square with inner shaded yard where you could dine or just have a glass of wine. Interior is extremely beautiful with lots of unique pieces of old restored furniture. Breakfast is delicious with good coffee, traditional tortilla, cold cuts and croassants. I would recommend to have a breakfast in the hotel as well as to dine. They cook wonderful traditional meet and you could enjoy it in beautiful restaurant. Our three teenagers were happy to play billiards and air hockey in the play room. And it's free of charge. Very tranquil atmosphere, lots of hidden places to chill out or just to read. Rooms are spacious, clean and good lighted, bed is comfortable. It's only 13 min driving to the nearest public parking of Cuenca. The road from hotel to the city is very picturesque. We will be back for sure!

We liked everything. The only thing we sorry is that swimming pool wasn't working. It will be opened in the middle of July.

The location was very good, just a few miles from Cuenca and amongst the spectacular countryside. Easy parking. Superb breakfast. Very pleasant site, keeping the style of of the original monastery, with many different areas to sit and enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine.

It would have been nice if the cafeteria had sold some snacks.

Beautiful located Hotel just outside of Cuenca, children friendly and in a natural environment. The patio was really nice but unfortunately the pool was not open.

In the outdoor children playground the slide was broken and to the cleanliness in the room and communal areas should be paid more attention.
