The location was perfect for us. Having parking and a restaurant on site was a bonus. Sara on reception was extremely helpful and always so happy and pleasant. The food in the main restaurant was freshly prepared and good value for money.

A bit noisy at first as there were two individual school trips on vacation. (But we were all young once!). Maybe on arrival a description of the hotel layout, evening meal times and areas and the same for breakfasts would help. The bedrooms just need that extra touch on cleaning standards. No leaflets on local sights or tourist information. Need more electrical plug sockets.

We had a nice room at the end of the building, facing the garden. The swimming pool was perfect, with a small bar for drinks. The restaurant served excellent food at reasonable prices.

The building is a bit old, so some doors make noise, which can be annoying at night. We also had a discussion about a breakfast charge for two babies (under 2 years old), which they initially asked us to pay, but later admitted was a mistake. Additionally, we noticed that the room price had dropped by €20 upon arrival compared to what we originally paid, which felt a bit strange.

The hotel is in a lovely location although there were no restaurants close so you had to eat at the hotel. It was clean and well equipped, the staff were lovely and helpful. The room was nice and clean and the bed comfy. The pool was very nice after a long day riding.

The hotel did not open in the morning until 8.30am so no where to get a coffee or tea if you are an early riser. We were leaving early in the morning so had to drive to find a cafe to get breakfast and a drink.

Location and room were excellent. Reception staff were extremely attentive. The female receptionist kindly gave me a needle and cotton to mend my hat. Pool was delightful and the lifeguard was very good at all times.

There is a beautiful patio in the centre of the buildings which is completely spoiled by continuous beat and pop music. Really not necessary. In previous visits this was a place of peace and tranquillity. The evening restaurant staff need to pay more attention to their guests.

Situated just outside Cuenca accessed directly off the main road. There was plenty of parking some of which was undercover. Breakfast was excellent. The evening menu offered a wide variety of meat, fish, salad and (huge) pizzas. The large pool complex had its' own restaurant and bar. Our room was large and airy.

The style of the decoration in the room and the style and layout of the building with the restaurant in the court yard. Reception staff super friendly, pool and garden very nice, place surrounded by trees and green. Delicious food in restaurant with good service.

Being charged 10 euro a night for a cot seems harsh. All other hotels do not charge for this.

It's wrong to comment, but if the hotel guide card had English language as well , it would help. Especially when trying to log into the WiFi This is small thing, the hotel is fantastic!

The location was exceptional so quiet and spectacular the rooms were very good and the decor around hotel perfectly in keeping with the hotel the pool was glorious too very good price

Beds were too hard for me personally but still slept well coffee great tea not so 😂

We had a very spacious, comfortable room (we were fortunate to be upgraded). The staff were very helpful. We ate at the restaurant for dinner (due to the location that was the easiest option), and the food was very good. It was nice to stay close to Cuenca, but away from the tight old town area.
