The sea, the pool, breakfast very varied and plenty. Hotel staff nice and helpful but only at approach. Dinner at a’La carte restaurant was good, a bit pricey and the menu didn’t change ever. But a good alternative when you don’t feel like going out. Amazing SPA with really professional massages.

Room cleaning was average apart from one lady who did a really proper job and you could see the difference. Water supply to the room very random and at additional request. Extra charges when checking out - small bits and pieces but very annoying given it’s a 5 star hotel and you don’t want to go through your final bill like by line.

The staff was really helpful, arranged the upgrade of the room of our children to locate them near our room. The hotel itself is nice.

Location is too touristic, so crowded promenade near the hotel. No any activities for kids. The food in the menu is the same all over the restaurants of the hotel but cooked differently - one day is yummy, next day is disgusting. It was strange.

Perfect location, large room, luxury layout at 10 meters distance from a perfect sandy beach. Luxury hotel but some minor details are missing or less than perfect. I would rate it as a 4 - 4.5 star hotel.

Our room was rather noisy as it was directly under one of.the exhausts of the hotels ventilation exhausts. At night the noise of the main fan / ventilation system overstemmen the sound from the sea (which is in fact at only a short distance, you hear the constant sound of the waves, being a good thing). Front door facing the terrace was distorted, could hardly close and the lock to keep the thieves out ( for which there is a warning sign) was half broken. Just lacked a bit of maintenance and care. I could have fixed it myself in 1 hour if I had the tools, but hey...I'm supposed to be on a holiday trip.

Superb location on the beach. Not crowded. Nice breakfast. Big and comfortable room.

Overpriced for what they offer. After booking they inform you that in order to have access to different stuff like: SPA access, sun loungers in a particular area, paddle boards, etc. you have to pay an extra amount of money per night. Why not include those things directly in the booking price? Drinks at the beach bar are overpriced and the service there is unfortunately not so great.

Having beach front was perfect. Excellent location on the promenade. Breakfast was amazing. Hotel very clean and well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms had beautiful balconies and the air con was good. And rooms had good sound insulation. Food was excellent at the beach club.

Just prices, are a bit high, is an exclusive place and location, so is kind of understandable but still, you can't go there every day.

Great hotel, delicious breakfast and an excellent competent and friendly staff! 10 meters away from the sea with a great beach!

The beach, people and swimming pool were fantastic!

Time to clean a room. We have small kids and they sleep during the day. So sometimes when we came from the beach to the room in the afternoon the room was not cleaned. It was not always, but a couple of days at least.

The personal very kind and attentive. Exceptional location for beach. restaurant very nice and good food. Late bar very with nice environment, front beach but reserved. Health club and SPA facilities very good.
