The staff are friendly. It is well located for everything, the beach, the town, the train station. At the train station, you will find the bus to Tarragona. There is a small supermarket close by with the large supermarket about a 15 minute walk. This has a few market stalls and eateries attached. The beach has toilets, changing rooms and showers. The apartment is well stocked and there is plenty of hot water. We were given fresh towels, tea towels, toilet rolls and bedsheets during our day.. The apartment was clean and had plenty of cups plates, etc. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained. You can hire a beach towels for €3.. We would defiantly visit again.

For northern Europeans, there is no kettle or toaster (there is no grill or oven). We used a saucepan to boil water for tea. There is an Italian style stove top coffee pot. You are provided with a small bottle of washing up liquid which is not enough for a week. This was not a problem for us as we had brought our own.

Great place to relax. Very close to the beach and has a large pool with area for the kids. Rooms were spacious and clean. Friendly personnel.

Would have been nice to have Aircon, but the fans in the room did an ok job. The kitchen could have been better equipt (there was no oven or odd size pans so couldn't fit two in the same time).

Our time at the apartments was great. The facilities were clean, well maintained and comfortable for my family of 5. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was fantastic! 1 block away from a beautiful beach and a block away from the train station that took us all over. It was close to entertainment in the evenings as well as markets, stores, bars, cafes and restaurants.

The internet wasn’t very good which caused some issues with my husband when he had to connect for work.

Spotlessly clean apartment in a perfect location, staff were all so friendly, very patient with our lack of Spanish and always ready to help. our flight was delayed but the lovely Man that was on the desk greeted us at the door , provided us with a map with all the local amenities pre marked. the kitchen was fully equipped with all you’ll need, however the area is very well priced compared to central Barcelona.

Location was perfect, close to the beach and shops, very clean and excellent service. Staff was very friendly and very attentive.

The fact that there was no air conditioning, it was impossible to cook in the small kitchen without air conditioning. The pool was always packed and people there were noisy and nobody paid attention to the rules adn rules around the pool were not reinforced.

Location, proximity to the beach, kitchen equipment, rooms’ size, reception personnel.

Disposing the garbage and the recyclables myself in the garbage containers places in the public areas.

The staff really helpful and entertaining at times, the girl at the front was so beautiful also :)

Costa D'or apartments are self catering apartments. All the kitchen utensils, plates, towels, bedding are in your apartment. The local supermarket Condis is on the same side street as the apartment block. The complex reception staff were really nice, especially Juan Carlos who was fantastic with helping me and my fiancee.. The train station is Callafell (NOT Segur Calafell).. Get the train from Barcelona airport T2 , that takes you to Sants Estatio in Barcelona. Then go to platforms 11+12 to catch the coastal train to Vincenc de Calders.. Calafell station is 1 hour ride south on that line.. Last train from Bcn Sants to Calafell is 23.04pm.. Costa D'or apartments are just a 5 minute walk in between the station and the sea front. Train times Calafell to Barcelona are every 07 or 37 mins. Barcelona to Calafell are every 04 or 34 mins.. 11 euros for a return train ticket.. Then buy a 24 or 48 hour unlimited metro ticket in Barcelona Sants estatio for around 18 - 25 euros.. Costa D'or is a lovely little complex and nice pool. The beach is a 3 minute walk away from Costa D'or , beautiful sea front with lots of shops and restaurants. There are also lots of Bars in central Calafell to enjoy... We will definitely both be staying here again soon..

Nothing.. we had pool view from our balcony.. plus it was full of parents with children playing in the pool..

Perfect location, right near the seaside. Also, not far from the railway station where trains go to Barcelona every 30 mins. Swimming pool is good enough with area for small kids.

Free Wi-Fi was not very good, however there is specific area on the ground floor.

The beach is very close, staff is very helpful, the apartments are clean.

The kitchen is full of ants. We missed a few kitchen utensils (e.g salt, gas lighter).
