I am not sure where to begin! We received quality instructions as to how to find the hotel, where the garage was and temporary parking to unload bags etc. There was road work going on outside the hotel. Not only was I flabbergasted at how close and easy the parking lot was, and the accessibility to the hotel, we even had a worker stop to help me get my bags over the cobblestones. The staff were outstanding and very helpful. Honestly I could write a book on this experience, but I will not bore you. When I saw the dining room at the hotel my jaw dropped. It was stunning. The quality of the food matched the environment. The proximity of this hotel is fabulous for wandering the centre-ville (The Ramblas), maybe 6 minutes walk to the Dali museum. I always love getting a peek into the community. We were sorry to leave after 5 days. Because we had rented a car (drove from Barcelona) we were able to do some visiting of places outside Figueres and they were equally interesting. Room was lovely. Overlooked the street. Workers did not interrupt. Breakfast (included) was delicious. I should add we were chatting with some locals eating next to us in the restaurant, and they mentioned the original owner of the hotel was good friends with Salvador Dali (I had noticed many Dali pieces in the hotel). He stayed there when needing to be in Figueres (he was very involved in the building of the museum). Further to that, after mentioning learning this info, to the manager, he told me that our room and the room next door were the two rooms the Dali’s stayed in. We were in Gala’s room.

The room was clean and quiet, which is very important. It seemed a bit small. I'd probably opt for a larger room next time. The location was excellent. I really liked being able to walk out and wander the area. Loved that the Dali home and museum were both within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent, too. I don't eat a lot for breakfast, but it was worth it--even if I didn't take full advantage like some people. What I ate was great and I appreciated the service and friendliness of the staff member who was taking care of everything. Dinners at the hotel restaurant were very special. They weren't cheap, but the quality and service made it worth it. I also really enjoyed my interactions with the wait staff. They took a lot of pride in providing great service. Finally, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I had the most contact with Mayte and Andres. Both were very kind and helpful. Really made a difference in the overall experience.

I wish there were more vegetarian and lighter options on the menu, especially since the lunch menu is the same as the dinner menu.

Reception lady, Mylas( wrong name but you get the idea) was extremely efficient and pleasant. I travel a great deal and she was precise and patient. Room was all I needed, the bathroom was well laid out and very clean. No. Breakfast but didn’t leave till near midday and again Mylas? was very relaxed on this as I said I could be a touch later.

It was very humid, not sure if the aircon could be a touch cooler.

Excellent care when arrived after dark and where, due to construction in the area, it was difficult to drive. Hotel staff accompanied us to their off-site (a hundred meters or so away) parking garage. Excellent breakfast for 15 euros. The Dali museum is very close by and the hotel has a considerable history with Dali (Sr Duran was a friend) and Dali works and messages are everywhere to be seen in the hotel. A great introduction to Dali for anyone not familiar with the artist and prior to visiting the museum.

This was booked on the same day I stayed at the hotel, in fact within an hour or two. Everything was ready and the room and facilities very top-notch. I needed to park for the night and this was speedily arranged in their own underground parking area. I was visiting the Dali museum the next morning, just a short walk away, and was able to leave my car until I had finished the tour around 1:30. They also held my luggage for me. Great location in the heart of town near shops and restaurants. Competent and very friendly staff. I would happily stay again.

The hotel is in an excellent position in the centre of town. Ideal for retail, restaurants, and culture. We found the staff to be extremely helpful, a pleasure to talk to, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was a good size, with a lovely bathroom, which was spotlessly cleaned with new towels and sheets each day. A daily bottle of fresh water placed in the room was also a very welcome touch. We will certainly visit again. Thank you

Unfortunately, the only thing we were disappointed in was the breakfast and the breakfast staff. It always seems difficult to get a good cup of coffee on our travels, and this was no exception. The scrambled eggs were always stone cold, even when newly replenished, and the servers gave the impression of not wanting to be there at all. No smiles. No greetings and extremely slow to refill the buffet. So sorry this was not up to standard.

Exceptional quality, value, location and security for solo motorcycle traveller visiting Dalí Theatre Museum. Easy check-in parking at the front door to convey belongings to room before locating to secure ground level hotel owned parking just meters away with cctv and roller door that closes at 10pm Immaculate level of cleaning…all surfaces sparkling - superb housekeeping team. Quality bed, linen, pillows, towels. Floor to ceiling marble bathroom with great water pressure and temperature control - modest in size, but of perfect quality. Excellent sound proof windows that open for fresh air if required. 100% blockout drapes. Plenty of power sockets to charge or power devices. Internet and generous midday checkout time. In house restaurant with very attractive menu. Many nearby alternatives, shops and well lit tree lined square. Stayed on the fourth floor facing the street with easy elevator access from the lobby. Above all, the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional - manageress perfection. 100% AAA+ Highly recommended!!!

Wonderful location next to Las Ramblas and a stone's throw from some great restaurants. Great staff, helpful at all times and a spotless clean, comfortable hotel with a great breakfast

I would have liked a vegetarian lunch option. It's 2024 and still impossible to join friends for lunch in some Spanish hotels without looking like you're being awkward by not wanting to eat meat or pay your 'share' when you've only had a few fried potatoes with mayonnaise. It really isn't difficult. Otherwise, everything was perfect, and there were several vegetarian options in nearby restaurants.

The desk staff were very helpful and the room was clean, attractively appointed, and a reasonable size. The lobby and hallways are replete with Dalí prints and memorabilia. We did not eat in the dining room, but we could see that its decor is traditionally elegant. The location was excellent—a short walk to the Rambla and many restaurants and shops, and a maximum of 10 minutes to the Dalí museum.

Everything great except mini fridge did not work despite front desk lady coming up to take a look and assuring me it would take some time to cool.( I’ve been around the block a few times and I suspected it was NOT working as she fiddled, I heard no noise of a compressor kicking on no matter which way the temp control was turned) Had cheese and things to put in but it was warm still in the morning. Room #204. Otherwise a lovely stay if only for a night.

Make sure mini fridges are actually working. Otherwise a charming well kept/managed hotel.
