Staff- the lady at the reception (Carmen I believe was her name) was very welcoming, very knowledgeable and pleasant. Room was ok, I appreciated the cleanliness and the fact that hot water had good pressure, toiletries were good, there was a small fridge in the room, bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the pillows. It was very well located in the city center near the Dali castle and the Rambla, with good restaurants in easy walking distance.

We couldn’t stop the air conditioning/ventilation in the room and it was cold. Windows were not offering soundproofing so we heard a lot of street noise especially very early in the morning. Church bells were heard throughout the night, at every hour.

The location is amazing, in the city center, you can walk everywhere fast. The rooms are good size, comfortable with basic equipment. TV with only Spanish channels. The team in the hotel, friendly, professional and helpful!

The parking is available, but 7 mins a walk from the hotel, and the hotel does not have any available temporary parking so it is not easy to unpack/pack especially when you are not traveling alone and you have small children or in our case a dog. But the team was super lovely, and very helpful and accommodating!

Central location. Spacious room with a large balcony with views across the town. Comfortable beds Good value for money.

Check in at 4pm, rather late as we arrived in Figueres at 11am. We did go round to the hotel at 2pm as you can sometimes book in early and even if the room isn't ready you can wait in the lobby but the hotel was locked up and in darkness, surprisingly for this star of hotel. It was raining so luckily we could sit in the tourist information office!

It is an incredible hotel from many perspectives: - It is so well designed, full of art, some rooms are so nicely decorated! - the staff is super nice and helpful with pretty much anything you need - the rooms are quiet, and the beds are JUST PERFECT! They really invested in divine mattresses; I had the sleep of my life. - location is excellent, it is placed right in the middle of all the attractions, everything is up to 5 mins walking - the terrace on 5th floor is so nice, lovely to have the morning coffee or an evening glass of wine I travelled a lot but rarely a hotel surprised me as pleasant as this one. In theory it is 3 stars, but it feels way better.

Really nothing to add here, it was a very relaxing place.

Locations great EXCEPT they was all day-long street building noises from construction drifting in. Bar they advertise it was closed. So, no food, no water no snacks and NO breakfast. Staff were pretty great.

Noise from my second room- felt like I was on the Titanic. Rushing water noises throughout the night.

I had a lovely room on the 4th floor. The lady on reception was very helpful with directions and other queries. The place was spotless and very safe. Around the corner from the Dali gallery and an easy walk to the bus stop to go to Dali's house. Excellent place to stay.

Great hotel that is very close to the Dalí Theatre. The staff are very friendly and helpful, allowing us to stow our bags at the hotel before and after checkout so that we could enjoy more time in Figueres before catching our train. We especially enjoyed the views from the rooftop terrace!

it was very well located, next to the main attractions, and walking distance from everything. Excelent recommendations from the receptionist for restaurant just in front of the hotel and Dali museum

they didnt tell us that we have to ASK for the room to be clean. We didnt know. so we left leaveing our bed not made, towels on the floor to be changed, and everythig was the same when we came back. They were very helpful giving us new towels, but they showld tell us at the check in that this was something we should ask for.

Everything was great! I was traveling with my dog (I paid extra, but it was worth it) It was quite, it was very important to me. Also we had a room with terraza - big one, so in the evening it was very nice The staff is very friendly🌞
